南投縣童軍服務員專業能力與工作績效關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Professional Competency and Job Performance of Scout Leaders in Nantou County

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣童軍服務員專業能力與工作績效之關係,主要研究目的有五: 一、分析目前南投縣童軍服務員專業能力及工作績效現況。 二、分析不同個人背景的南投縣童軍服務員在專業能力之差異情形。 三、分析不同個人背景的南投縣童軍服務員在工作績效之差異情形。 四、探討南投縣童軍服務員專業能力與工作績效之關係。 五、探討南投縣童軍服務員專業能力對工作績效之預測力。   本研究主要採用問卷調查法,問卷內容包含基本背景資料、專業能力量表、工作績效量表等三部分。研究對象為南投縣有三項登記之童軍服務員,全面性普查共發放270份,回收255份,有效樣本為94.4%。問卷所得資料以SPSS12.0版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析以及多元逐步迴歸分析等統計分析。 根據文獻探討、問卷調查分析與討論,本研究共獲致以下各項結論: 一、南投縣童軍服務員專業能力屬中上程度,以專業態度最佳 二、南投縣童軍服務員工作績效屬中上程度,以任務績效最高 三、影響南投縣童軍服務員專業能力的因素為年齡、童軍服務員年資、童軍服務員訓練背景及童軍教育背景。 四、影響南投縣童軍服務員工作績效的因素為年齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、童軍服務員年資、童軍服務員訓練背景。 五、南投縣童軍服務員之專業能力與工作績效間具有顯著正相關。 六、南投縣童軍服務員的專業能力以「專業態度」對工作績效最具正向預測力。   根據研究結論,本研究對南投縣童軍會、教育主管機關、南投縣童軍服務員及後續研究者提出建議,以供參考。

This study aims to explore the relationship between professional competency and job performance of Scout Leaders in Nantou County. The main purposes of this study are as follows: 1.Analyzing the authentic situation of professional competency and job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County. 2.Analyzing the differences of professional competency from different backgrounds of scout leaders in Nantou County. 3.Analyzing the differences of job performance from different backgrounds of scout leaders in Nantou County. 4.Discuss the correlations of professional competency and job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County. 5.Discuss the predictive ability of professional competency toward job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County. This study mainly employed Questionnaire Survey, which contains three parts: Demographic Information, Professional Competency Scale and Job Performance Scale. The study took the scout leaders of three-registered in Nantou County as research subjects. Two hundred seventy questionnaires were sent out and 255 questionnaires were collected back. The effective response rate is 94.4%. The collected data were processed with SPSS version 12.0 for descriptive statistics, Independent Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. According to literature review, questionnaire survey and discussion, this study’s results are as follow : 1.The professional competency of scout leaders in Nantou County are above avarage, especially in the dimension of professional attitude. 2.The job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County are above avarage, especially in the dimension of task performance. 3.The factors that influence professional competency of scout leaders in Nantou County are age, service duration, training background and scouts educational background. 4.The factors that influence job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County are age, marital status, academics degree, service duration and training background. 5.There were significant positive correlations in the perception degrees between professional competency and job performance of scout leaders in Nantou County. 6.The most predictive variable to job performance is professional attitude of scout leaders in Nantou County. According to the conclusions, this study provides some suggestions for Nantou County council, educational administration authorities, scout leaders in Nantou County and the future researchers.
