全球化下的中國快遞市場研究—1999—2006

摘要


經濟的全球化和科學技術的日新月異,是當代世界經濟發展的基本趨勢和特點。快遞企業的發展既是經濟全球化的產物,又是推動經濟全球化的重要因素,快遞業在國民經濟中地位日益突出,是全球資訊化速度最快的產業部門之一,已成為發達國家經濟的重要組成部分。 中國經濟的飛速發展,國際、國內貿易的空前繁榮,為快遞業的發展提供了契機。快遞業在中國大陸經歷二十多年的發展,已成為一項利潤豐厚、市場規模及潛力巨大的朝陽產業。 快遞業在中國大陸的迅速發展所引發的快遞需求推動了快遞市場的快速發展。在大陸市場經濟體制逐步建立的特定條件下,客觀上要求依靠市場機制來發展快遞業,實際上快遞服務競爭已經展開,快遞市場正在形成,理論上提出了快遞市場發育和發展的重要課題。 本文將快遞服務納入市場範疇,結合中國大陸快遞市場的最新發展,分析中國快遞市場產生及發展的社會、經濟因素,對發展快遞試產面臨的新課題,如:快遞市場容量、快遞市場結構與運行、快遞市場主要競爭者、快遞市場化進程等諸多相關問題進行進一步的分析和研究,以建立一個基於市場經濟體制的有效競爭、適度壟斷、高效率、低成本的快遞市場為目標,探討和摸索中國快遞市場的發展特徵和方向,以尋求發展中國快遞市場最合適的市場辦法和市場規則。

Economic globalization and rapid innovation of science and technology are two major characteristics and basic trend of the economic development of the contemporary world. Express enterprises are direct result of economic globalization to which they facilitate further as important factors. Nowadays, the express industry, which plays an increasingly important role in the national economy and becomes one of the industries with fastest pace of information globalization, is an important economic component in the developed countries. Rapid development of Chinese economy with unprecedented prosperity of national trade and international trade offers a favorable opportunity to the development of Chinese express industry. After two decades of development, Chinese express industry has already become a sunrise industry with expectation of much profits, large market scale and great market potential. Great demand for express resulted from its rapid development in the mainland further push the Chinese express industry to a new stage of fast development. Under condition of the prevailing establishment of market economy system in the mainland, development of Chinese express industry is objectively required to rely on a market mechanism. In fact, service competition of express is spreading and express market is reshuffling too. All these cause some important topics for deep theoretical thinking about the development of express industry in China. On the basis of bringing express service into market category and taking into consideration the development updates of express market in the mainland, this paper analyzes social and economic factors contributing to the birth and development of express market in China, and further focuses and analyzes some other problems which will crop up in the development of Chinese express industry, such as the capacity of Chinese express market, structure and operation of Chinese express market, major competitors in Chinese express market, developing course of Chinese express market, etc. With the aim of constructing an express market of moderate monopoly and effective competitiveness with high efficiency and low cost on the basis of market economy system, this paper also discusses and explores characteristics and direction of Chinese express market and looks for methods and rules which are most suitable for developing Chinese express market.
