運用模糊評估影響領導行為關鍵因素之研究

摘要


中文摘要 管理大師 Drucker在其著作「The Practice of Management」中提到,身為企業唯一的活力動態因素,管理人員的素質和績效表現將決定企業的成敗。而今日世界正處於一個動盪劇烈的時代,企業所處戰場的遊戲規則正因環境改變而快速改寫,在此情況下管理人員所扮演的角色將更形重要。而為提升管理人員之領導效用,不管是國內、外企業皆在積極發掘影響領導行為關鍵因素為何,作為進行相關領導行為活動的決策基礎。 本研究利用模糊德菲法、模糊層級分析法進行分析與實證調查,其重要之發現如下: ㄧ、影響領導行為關鍵因素評鑑指標層級架構之建立 本研究透過模糊德菲法建構3大主評鑑指標與19個次評鑑指標,藉 由權重體系之助,評鑑各指標對領導行為的影響。 二、影響領導行為關鍵因素評鑑指標權重值之內涵發現 藉由模糊層級分析計算出各評鑑指標之相對重要程度。除了提供企業 界管理人員進行相關領導行為管理決策之參考,也能指出影響領導行 為的關鍵重點。 三、模糊層級分析影響領導行為關鍵因素評鑑模式之建立 本研究所建立之評鑑模式,具有數理統計基礎,能夠反應評鑑過程中 的模糊性,且以數值形式,提供管理者進行相關領導行為管理決策之 參考。

Abstract Drucker(1989), a famous master in management field, noted in his book called The Practice of Management that the only dynamic element which controls the future of a company is the capability and performance of managers. Nowadays, since an enterprise has to make a differenced continuously to follow this changeable world, what the real role a manager plays is important. In order to promote the efficiency of leaders, both domestic and foreign enterprises are making efforts to look for the factors which influence the behaviors of leaders. Those factors can also be used as strategic foundation on leadership activities. Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) are used in the research and the findings are following: 1、Constructing the leadership behavior assessment weighting system, is consisted of 3 main indicators and 19 sub-indicators, which shows a correct direction to conduct activities. 2、 Meaning on the scale of weighting indicators, indicates the relative degree of importance between indicators, which can show the key points to accelerate the effect of leadership behaviors. 3、 The FAHP is developed from the mathematics which can reflect the impact on assessment process, caused by fuzzy situations and which can provide valuable information about the leadership behaviors.
