十二年就學安置高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應之研究

摘要


本研究旨在暸解十二年就學安置高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應狀況,採問卷調查、個案研究及焦點團體訪談法進行,問卷調查對象為國、私立高中職綜合職能科一年級學生共371人,個案訪談學生、導師及學校行政人員共14人,焦點團體訪談學生、家長、導師、學校行政人員、教育主管機關人員及十二年就學安置委員共12人。問卷調查結果以平均數、標準差、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等進行分析。研究結果如下: 一、高中職綜合職能科學生整體學校適應情形尚屬良好,其中校園生活適應表現最佳,生涯準備方面最不理想。 二、不同性別之高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應有差異,女生在「課業學習」和「人際關係」的適應表現優於男生。 三、不同學校類型之高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應有差異,就讀高中者的「自我概念」優於就讀高職者。 四、不同學校屬性之高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應有差異,就讀私立學校者對「學校支持系統」的滿意度優於就讀國立學校者。 五、不同學校所在地之高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應有差異,就讀北部學校 者在「校園生活」和「人際關係」的適應表現優於就讀中部學校者,就讀北部學校者對「學校支持系統」的滿意度亦優於就讀中部、東部學校者。 六、不同主修學程之高中職綜合職能科學生學校適應有差異,主修工業、家事 學程者在「校園生活」的適應表現優於主修農業學程者,主修工業學程者之「生涯準備」最不理想。 七、參與研究者對十二年就學安置的實施多持正向的評價,但認為仍有提升的空間。 本研究根據問卷調查、個案研究與焦點團體訪談所發現的結果,提出對教學輔導、行政措施和後續研究的改進建議。

A study is developed to investigate school adjustment of students placed in special education class of senior high schools in the Twelve-Year Educational Placement Plan. Three surveys are conducted including (1) questionnaires- 371 related students are selected as respondents, (2) case studies- 14 students, teachers and school administrators are selected as respondents, and (3) focus group interviews- 12 students, parents, teachers, school administrators, education officers and committee members are selected as respondents. The data are analyzed with mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The surveys reveal that 1. Generally, the students placed in special education class of senior high schools show good adaptation. They have the best performance in the field of campus life but don’t perform well in the field of career preparation. 2. Adaptation differs significantly between genders. Female students show better adaptation than male students in the fields of school work and interpersonal relationship. 3. Students who study in senior high schools show better self-concept than students who study in vocational schools. 4. Private school students have higher degree of satisfaction for School Supported System than students who study in national schools. 5. Students studying in schools in the northern Taiwan show better adaptation in the fields of campus life and interpersonal relationship. They also have higher degree of satisfaction for School Supported System than students studying in schools in the middle or eastern Taiwan. 6. Students majoring in industry or home economics show better adaptation in the field of campus life than students majoring in agriculture. 7. The survey respondents show positive appraisal for the Twelve-Year Educational Placement Plan but they think that there is something more to do to improve the plan. Several suggestions for teaching counseling, official action, and future studies are proposed according to the results of this study.
