中華成棒國家代表隊組訓關鍵因素之研究

Research on Key Factors Relating to Training Organization of Chinese Taipei Baseball Team

摘要

在全球化的時代，積極參與國際競賽或舉辦國際性運動競賽，是目前我國與國際社會交流最好的方式之一，台灣的棒球在所有的運動項目中位居第一的寶座，國際比賽之戰績表現，直接牽動國內棒球運動的興衰成敗。本研究旨在探討中華成棒國家代表隊組訓的歷史與現況、影響組訓的關鍵因素，以1998年至2011年，中華成棒國家代表隊所參加的十一項國際比賽為研究範圍，並以其參與之中華隊總教練6人、中華棒協秘書長1人、選訓委員2人及對中華隊組訓議題相當瞭解之學者專家或資深媒體記者4人，共13人為研究對象，運用相關文獻的分析、德爾菲法及層級分析法AHP(Analysis Hierarchical Process)三種方式，建構中華成棒國家代表隊組訓關鍵因素的層級架構與指標的相對權重，所得資料使用Expert Choice 2000之AHP軟體進行統計分析，求取組訓關鍵因素中各評估指標的權重。本研究回應研究目的與研究問題所獲得的研究結果如下:
一、中華成棒國家代表隊組訓關鍵因素評估之層面指標為「選手、教練的組成」等
四個層面；「國內職業選手」等二十二個項目指標。
二、關鍵因素指標經層級分析法分析結果，「選手、教練的組成」為最重要之層
面，再依序為「國內棒球環境」、「培訓方式」和「行政支援」。
三、跨層面項目指標權重分析結果，其重要性依序為「國內職業選手」、「旅外選手」、
「教練團的綜合能力」、「選手被徵召的意願」、「基層棒球的發展」
四、依據本研究結果，國內職業選手、旅外選手與教練團的綜合能力是影響中華成
棒國家代表隊組訓成功與否的前三個關鍵因素，但在整體棒球環境因素中，基
層棒球的發展的重要性高於職棒二軍制度，可見「棒球的根在基層」。
本研究結果希望能提供給相關單位正確分析之意涵與決策參考，以提升中華隊的國際賽成績。

In the era of globalization, one of the best ways for a country to interact with the world community is to actively attend or hold International Sports Competition. Baseball in Taiwan has been the most emphasized sport among all athletics, and the team performance in the international games directly influences the prospering or decline of baseball sports in hometown. The purpose of the research is to explore the history and current status of Chinese-Taipei Baseball Team training organization, as well the key factors affecting training organization. This study focused on eleven international competitions from 1998 to 2011, and the research objects include six participation of the team head coach, the Secretary General of the Chinese-Taipei Baseball Association, two members of the selection committee and four experts or senior media reporter-- a total of 13 human subjects. In the research, Literature Analysis, The Delphi Method and Analysis Hierarchical Process(AHP) are used to construct the hierarchical key factors relating to Chinese-Taipei Baseball Team training organization and to provide each indicator with relative index weight. The collected data are being statistic analyzed by Expert Choice 2000 AHP package, producing the index weight of each key factor for training organization. The research results show:

1. The assessment of key factors indicating Chinese Baseball team training organization composed of four levels, including the composition of player and coaches; twenty-two item indicators including domestic professional players.
2. The result of the assessment indicators of the key factors analyzed by the Analytic Hierarchy Process showed that the most important level is the “composition of the athletes and coaches,” followed by the “domestic baseball environment,” “training mode,” and the “administrative support”.
3. The result of the indicator analysis of cross-level projects are in order of importance as “domestic professional players,” “travel players,” “the comprehensive ability of coaches,” “the willingness of players to be recruited,” and “the development of grass-roots baseball”.
4. According to the results of this study, “domestic professional players,” ”travel players” and “coaches ability” are the top three key factors that influenced the success or failure of the training organization of Chinese-Taipei Baseball Team. In overall baseball environmental factors, the grassroots baseball development is more important than the system of minor league. The fundamental of baseball is in grass roots.
The research hope to provide the correct analysis and decision-making reference to the relevant units, as well improve the performance of Chinese-Taipei Baseball Team.
