基北區高中職學校教育資源運用與學校效能關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between the Use of School Education Resources and School Effectiveness of Senior and Vocational High Schools in Keelung and New Taipei city

摘要


本研究旨在探討基北區高中職學校教育資源運用現況與學校效能之關係,並依據研究結果提出建議,以供相關教育主管機關、高中職學校及未來研究之參考。 本研究根據文獻探討結果,編製「基北區高中職學校教育資源運用與學校效能關係之研究」調查問卷蒐集相關資料,以100學年度基北區公私立高中職學校的教師為研究對象,採分層隨機比例抽樣進行調查,共寄發632份問卷,回收542份,有效問卷531份,回收率約為85.8%。問卷所得資料以SPSS 19.0 for Windows進行處理,採描述性統計、t考驗(t-test)及單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)等統計方法進行分析,再以文獻探討結果比較討論,以歸納出研究結果。 根據上述文獻探討與調查資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、基北區高中職學校教師普遍認為學校教育資源的運用現況良好。其中以財力資源最高,其餘依序為資訊資源、人力資源、財力資源。 二、基北區高中職不同背景教師對教育資源運用的看法頗為一致。 三、基北區高中職教師對學校效能的感受尚稱良好。其中以教師教學最高,學生學習居次。 四、基北區高中職不同背景教師對學校效能的認知並無明顯的差異。 五、基北區高中職學校「教育資源運用」各層面與「學校效能」各層面有具有相當程 度的正相關。   根據上述結論,本研究分別針對教育行政機關、學校及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the use of school education resources and school effectiveness of senior and vocational high schools in Keelung and New Taipei city. Based on the literature review, the survey questionnaire named”Questionnaire of the Use of School Education Resources and School Effectiveness of Senior and Vocational High School” was developed and administered to collected pertinent data. The population was the senior and vocational high school teachers 0f 100 school year in Keelung and Xin-bei City. The stratified random sampling by ratio was used to distribute the questionnaires. The total subjects was 632, and 542 questionnaires were returned, 531 ones answered completely. The return rate was about 85.8%. Data from questionnaires was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 for Windows, including descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA.   The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1.The teachers of senior and vocational high school perceived an upper level on the use of school educational resources. 2.The senior and vocational high schools teachers’ perception on the use of school educational resources had no significant difference in terms of demographic variables. 3.The teachers of senior and vocational high school perceived an upper level on school effectiveness. 4.The senior and vocational high schools teachers’ perception on school effectiveness had no significant difference in terms of demographic variables.. 5.There was positive significant correlations among the all dimensions of the use of school educational resources and school effectiveness. Based on the aforementioned conclusions, some suggestions were offered to the Educational Authority Concerned, senior and vocational high schools and the further research respectively.
