國軍深造教育學員學習壓力與學習適應及其相關因素之研究─以國防大學陸軍指揮參謀學院為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討國軍深造教育學員學習壓力與學習適應之關係,以及不同背景變項的學員,其學習壓力與學習適應之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「國軍深造教育學員學習壓力及學習適應調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,對象為陸軍指揮參謀2011年班正規班學員,共獲得有效問卷183份;調查結果以單因子多變項變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、逐步迴歸及典型相關等統計方法,進行資料分析。   根據分析結果,獲致以下結論: 一、受訓前單位為戰鬥部隊的學員在「課程壓力」方面的學習壓力,高於學校(廠庫)及高司單位的學員。 二、受訓前擔任主官職務的學員在「人際壓力」與「課程壓力」方面的學習壓力,高於擔任幕僚職務的學員。 三、軍校背景的學員在「人際壓力」方面的學習壓力,高於非軍校生的學員。 四、專科學歷的學員在「人際壓力」、「課程壓力」方面的學習壓力,高於大學及研究所學歷之學員。 五、受訓前任職於學校(廠庫)的學員在「自我效能」方面的學習適應情形,優於高司單位及戰鬥部隊的學員。 六、專科學歷的學員在「學習態度」與「人際互動」方面的學習適應情形,優於具大學及研究所學歷的學員。 七、影響學員學習適應之主要學習壓力變項為「課程壓力」與「人際壓力」。 八、環境壓力、課程壓力及考核壓力等學習壓力的因素,影響到學習適應因素中的學習策略、學習態度及人際互動。   最後根據本研究結論提出各項建議,供軍事教官、國防部教育政策規劃部門及後續研究之參考。

The purpose of this monograph is to explore the relations between learning pressure and learning adaptation among the student officers in the system of Professional Military Education, The Republic of China (Taiwan). Also this research is focus on the difference of learning pressure and learning adaptation base on the variable of different student officers’ learning background. Participants are student officers of regular course in Army Command and Staff College of NDU at the year of 2011. The tools utilized in this research include the questionnaire of learning pressure and learning adaptation for student officers. During this study, the valid questionnaire samples collected are 183 copies. MANOVA, Multiple regression analysis, stepwise regression analysis and canonical correlation analysis are used as data analysis methods in this study. The results of this research are stated as follow: 1. The curriculum pressure of learning pressure, the students from combat units are higher than students from academic units and high echelon HQ units. 2. The interpersonal relationship and curriculum pressure of learning pressure, students whose previous assignment were commanders are higher than students whose previous assignment were staffs. 3. The interpersonal relationship of learning pressure, students graduated from military academy are higher than others. 4. The interpersonal relationship and curriculum pressure of learning pressure, the students with faculty school record are higher than students with bachelor or master degree record. 5. The self-efficacy of learning adaptation, students from academic units and high echelon HQ units are higher than students from combat units. 6. The learning attitude and interpersonal relationship of learning adaptation, the students with faculty school record are higher than students with bachelor or master degree record. 7. The major learning pressure variables influenced students’ learning adaptation are curriculum pressure and interpersonal relationship. 8. The factors of learning pressure, like environment, curriculum and assessment, infect learning ploys, attitude and interpersonal relationship of learning adaptation. Taking into account the results of this research, the monograph proposes several recommendations in professional military education domain to military faculties and education planning section of Ministry of National Defense. Also, it offers suggestions in the aspect of research tools and methods for future study.
