音樂教師影響子女音樂學習成長相關因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探究音樂教師影響子女音樂學習成長相關因素之研究。針對研究問題,蒐集相關文獻資料,探討教養子女音樂學習成長的重要性。其次經由「音樂教師影響子女音樂學習成長相關因素」之問卷調查,瞭解音樂教師與非音樂教師影響子女音樂學習成長之現況;最後針對音樂教師與非音樂教師進行訪談調查,藉以深入瞭解影響子女音樂學習成長現況之差異,並歸納研究發現,提出結論與建議,期盼作為教養子女音樂學習成長參考之依據。 本研究目的有四:一、瞭解音樂教師與一般家庭對子女音樂學習成長背景的影響;二、探究音樂教師與一般家庭對子女音樂學習成長教養方式的影響;三、比較音樂教師與非音樂教師之人格特質及專業能力對教養子女音樂學習成長的影響;四、根據研究結果,歸納音樂教師之人格特質及專業能力對教養子女音樂學習成長相關因素之分析,所獲得之結論,作為音樂學習參考的依據。 本研究經由相關文獻之探討、問卷調查、訪談調查等資料分析研究結果,獲得以下結論: 壹、音樂教師專業能力有助益於子女音樂學習成長 一、音樂教師專業背景有助益於子女音樂學習動機與提高學習興趣 二、音樂教師專業能力有助益於子女音樂學習的啟發 三、音樂教師音樂成就對子女學習成長的正面影響 貳、音樂教師人格特質有助益於子女健全人格的發展 一、音樂教師人格特質具有潛移默化的教化功能 二、音樂教師人格特質可促進健全人格的培養 三、音樂教師可正向輔導學習障礙以增進學習效果 參、音樂教師教養方式能提供音樂學習成長規劃之參考 一、重視子女音樂性向與學習動機以提供適性的教育發展 二、重視學習心理與行為以鼓勵樂觀面對學習壓力 三、審慎擬定周詳之音樂學習規劃

This study wants to research the elements that music teachers how to affect children to learn music during their growing up periods. For this issue, we collected the relative documents, discussed the significances of making children learn music during their growing up time; then by the questionnaire surveys of “ the related factors affecting children's learning music by those parents who are music teachers” to understand the situation that music and non-music teachers how to teach their children learning music during children’s growing up time. Than, we talked and inquired with the music and non-music teachers, to deeply understand the different situations that make children learn music and to sum up this research, contribute our conclusions and suggestions, the latest we hope this research will provide a basic consider to let their children learn music during their growing up periods. This research has four objectives as follows: 1. To understand a music teacher and a common family how to affect the back ground for children learning music during their growing up period. 2. To research a music teacher and a common family how to affect the teaching manners for children learning music during their growing up period. 3. To compare with the personality characters and professional ability of the music teachers and non-music teachers how to affect the children’s music learning during their growing up period. 4. According this research conclusion, to sum up the analysis of the relative elements of the personality characters and professional ability of music teachers how to affect children’s music learning during their growing up periods. This study have the conclusions as below by the datum analysis outcome of documents discuss、questionnaire surveys and talk and inquire investigation: First:Music teacher’s professional ability has helpful advantages for children’s music learning background. 1. Music teacher’s professional background is helpful for children’s music learning motivation and to improve the interest to music learning. 2. Music teacher’s professional ability can help to inspire the children’s music learning. 3. Music teacher’s music achievements have the good impacts for children’s music learning. Second:Music teacher’s personality characters are helpful for children’s personality character development. 1. Music teacher’s personality characters have the teaching functions to change and influence unobtrusively and imperceptibly. 2. Music teacher’s personality characters can raise up the healthy personality characters. 3. Music teacher can do well student counseling for learning disorder to improve the study effect. Third:The upbringing manners of music teacher can provide the programs for improving music learning. 1. To pay much attention to the children’s music aptitude and learning motivation for providing the suitable educational development. 2. To pay much attention to learning mentality and behavior for encouraging face the pressure of learning optimistically. 3. Making the clear programs of music learning seriously.
