論文摘要：
本文之研究範圍是以國道一號一百公里到二百五十一公里，即新竹到大林的中區交通控制系統為範疇，進行對我國高速公路交通安全措施及政策、交通路徑管理與運作、交通管理系統和設施、交通系統智慧型管理與應用等方面做研究與分析。
本文之研究目的主要如下－
一、檢視我國高速公路交通安全措施與政策取向。
二、對於我國高速公路交通路徑管理與運作現況提出建議與改善方向。
三、檢視我國高速公路中區交通管理系統設施績效管理。
四、提出對於未來我國高速公路交通控制系統智慧型管理的應用與發展之前瞻。

This research is based on the highway from the 100KM mark to the 251KM mark, or, the transportation system from Hsin-Chu to Da-lin, and to process and discuss in regards to the safety policies, route management, traffic controlling system and equipment and AI management.
Here is the goal for this essay, as below:
1. To review the safety and policies of highways in Taiwan.
2. To suggest and advise on the present state of the route controlling systems and maintenance condition.
3. To revue the achievements and management of our highway central traffic system.
4. To provide the development and use of our traffic control system and AI management.
