本研究旨在探討實施性教育教學介入計畫後,對高職二年級學生「性覺察度、知識、態度、採取安全性行為之自我效能、同儕社會支持、採取安全性行為之行為意向」的教學效果;更進一步了解實驗組學生對此教學活動之評價與心得。 本研究採用準實驗設計之「實驗組對照組前測後測設計」,立意選取台北縣土城市某高級職業學校二年級學生為研究的實驗組;台北縣淡水鎮某高級職業學校二年級學生為研究的對照組,其中實驗組學生74人,對照組學生60人,總計有效學生人數共134人。在教育介入前一週兩組學生皆接受前測問卷作為評量實驗效果的基準。實驗組學生接受五週(共十小時)性教育教學活動,並探討學生對教學的過程評價及心得,而對照組則未接受教學;教學結束後一週,實行後測以評量此性教育教學之教學效果。 所得資料以卡方檢定、配對t檢定、單因子共變數分析等進行分析,所得重要結果如下: 一、性教育教學介入後,能顯著增進高職學生之「性現況覺察度」、「性知識」、「性態度」、「同儕社會支持」與「採取安全性行為之行為意向」,而「採取安全性行為之自我效能」的增進則不顯著。 二、進一步分析實驗組的前後測結果發現,實驗組學生之「性現況覺察度」、「性知識」、「性態度」、「採取安全性行為之自我效能」、「同儕社會支持」與「採取安全性行為之行為意向」有顯著增進。 三、有85%的實驗組學生對此次教學活動所使用的教材和教學方法感到喜歡並覺得有幫助,並建議未來能繼續施行。 根據本研究結果,可供國內推廣高職生性教育及相關研究之參考。建議未來相關介入的研究能運用行為科學理論和策略,相信必能增進性教育之果效。
The purposes of this study were to assess the effect of the Sex Education Program devised for the Vocational Senior High School students, and to understand the evaluation of the experiment group students for this Sex Education Program. An unequal experiment and control groups design was used in this study. The study has involved 134 second-grade students from the Vocational Senior High School in Taipei County. The students have been divided into two groups—one as the experiment group (n-74) and the other as the control group (n-60). Before the proceeding of the Sex Education Program, both two groups had taken the "Sex Awareness, Knowledge, Attitudes, related self-efficacy, peer social support, sexual behavior intention questionnaire" as a Pre-test. Then the students of experiment group participated in a series of Five Education Activities which took 10 hours in total 5 weeks After the intervention, all groups took a Post-test to evaluate the immediate effects of the program. The data was analyzed by using Percentile Description, Chi-square, Paired-t test and one way ANCOVA. The results of the study were as follow: (1) After intervention, the experiment group students could significantly increase sex awareness, sex knowleges, attitudes, peer social support, sexual behavior intention, but for related self-efficacy, the increase was not significant. (2) The Sex Education Program could significantly increase sex awareness, sex knowleges, attitudes, related self-efficacy, peer social support , sexual behavior intention. (3) There were eighty-five percent of experimental group students enjoy and feel helpful about the curriculum and teaching method of these activities, and suggested carried it on in the future.
