女壘不同站法打擊動作之生物力學分析

摘要


本研究目的主要在探討女壘平行式、封閉式、開放式三種站法打擊動作之生物力學差異,由兩部Redlake高速攝影機(250Hz)與KISTLER測力板(1000Hz)同步收集資料,進行三維運動學分析,及擷取打擊動作之地面反作用力,實驗受試者為八位國內優秀女壘選手,均為左打者,平均年齡、身高、體重、球齡分別為19.6歲、160.4公分、59.4公斤、8年,每位打者三種打法各需完成三次成功打擊,再依據球速,三種打法各選出最佳的一次進行分析。本研究主要結果發現,封閉式打法旋轉時間最長,開放式最短,而擊中球瞬間球棒速度,三種打法並無差異。開放式打法能增加身體旋轉的流暢性,在棒速最快及擊中球瞬間,所產生的旋轉力矩最大,封閉式打法旋轉力矩最小。封閉式打法降低雙腳在左右及垂直方向的施力與衝量,而提升前後方向的施力及衝量,但並沒有造成打擊速度與力量的提升。建議打擊旋轉時下盤必須穩固,以助雙腳施力,軀幹的強化能提升旋轉力矩,若能充分利用身體的旋轉力矩帶動球棒的揮擊,有助提升揮棒速度。打者要提升揮棒力矩、減少揮棒時間,可採用開放式打法。

The purpose of the study was to compare performances of eight female fast pitch batter who use parallel, closed , and opened batting movement. Two Redlake high-speed cameras (250Hz) were synchronized with a Kistler force platform (1000Hz) to record the three-dimensional batting motions. The images were digitized by KWON 3D motion analysis system. The result showed that swing time of opened batting was shorter than other two batting. Although there was no difference in bat velocity, opened batting produced the most swing moment in three batting movement when hitting the ball. In ground reaction force, the closed batting reduced mediolaterial and vertical maximum force and increased anteroposterior force. The distribution of force did not improve the swing velocity and moment. The batters shifted their weight from the rear toward forward foot during swing phase. At moment of contacting the ball the average vertical force of forward foot was larger than rear foot. It was suggested that in order to generate maximal bat velocity, a hitter must have a strong trunk to generate rotation moment. Batters can used opened batting to save swing time and improved swing moment.
