桃園縣高職學生使用保險套行為意圖及其影響因素研究

摘要

本研究之目的在瞭解高職學生使用保險套的行為意圖，探討個人背景因素、使用保險套的各社會心理因素與使用保險套行為意圖的關係，並找出使用保險套行為意圖的有效預測因子。以立意取樣桃園縣六所高級職業學校，採分層集束隨機抽樣，進行自擬問卷的填答，共獲得有效問卷2758份，以其中有性經驗者343名為研究對象。研究結果如下：
一、自覺使用保險套障礙愈低則使用保險套行為意圖愈強。自覺使用保險套自我效能愈高、使用保險套的結果期待愈正向、使用保險套的社會支持愈高，則使用保險套行為意圖愈強。
二、能有效預測未來使用保險套行為意圖的因素為：自覺使用保險套障礙、過去半年內使用保險套頻率、自覺使用保險套自我效能、過去半年性行為的頻率-每個月至少1次，總共可以解釋52.1%的變異量。其中以自覺使用保險套障礙對使用保險套行為意圖的解釋力最?。
根據本研究結果，建議未來學校教育上應採取多元化的教學介入策略，以降低使用保險套障礙和危險性行為的發生，並提昇使用保險套自我效能及社會支持的來源與質量，以達到提昇未來使用保險套的行為意圖，減少性傳染病、愛滋病和不預期懷孕的發生。

The purpose of this study was to understand the behavioral intention of using condom of vocational high school students, and the factors of influencing the using intention, and to find effective factors to predict the behavioral intention of using condoms. This study uses a draw up questionnaire to gather purposive sampling data from six vocational schools in Taoyuan County. Totally acquires 2758 valid questionnaires. Among these samples 343 people who have had Sex experience are the subjects of the research. Study results as follows:
1. The research objects that having the lower barriers of using condom have stronger intention to use it。The research objects have stronger intention to use condom when the self-efficacy is more higher, the outcome expectancy is more positive, and the social support is more higher.
2. This research can predict effectively the factors of the using condom intention in the future. The factors include the barriers of using condom, frequency of using condom in the past half year, self-efficacy, the frequency of having sex in the past six months-at least one time per month. Above factors can explain 52.1% amount of variation altogether. The barriers of using condom is the most important factor to explain the intention of using condom.
According to this study result, the suggest is as follow：School should have diversified teaching strategy in the future to decrease the obstacle of using condom and the risk of unsafe sexual behavior, to raise the self-efficacy of using condom and the support of social resource, and to increase the intention of using the condom in order to decrease the chance of infectious disease, AIDS and unexpected pregnant.
