三維掃描(LiDAR)技術帶來迅速且大量的資料,這兩年來,雷射掃描儀發展進步非常快,不論是掃描速度或量測精度都以倍速提升。然而絕大多數的測量公司或監測廠商雖有能力進行雷射掃描工作,但卻對資料的處理與資料的分析無能為力,更對於雷射掃描儀的資料一值缺乏比對與佐證,使得業界難以堆廣。3D雷射掃描技術為建立三維資料建檔所衍生之高科技產品,此項技術結合光電及測繪的專業作為迅速且精確的獲得大量物體座標數值的工具,由於應用領域非常廣泛,因此對於不同應用領域之專業項目便發展出不同之軟硬體設備,在國內此項技術的應用仍在萌芽階段,未來極有可能成為測繪領域中的一項工具,對於空間資訊的擷取將更加方便。本研究將使用LiDAR技術,選擇高屏溪的輸水管橋,利用不同時期的三維雷射掃描的點雲數據,進行三軸向的結構物變位分析以及橋基礎附近河床之沖刷變量;直接以量化的數據比較雷射掃描儀掃描之成果。將成果提供給企業,用以增加雷射掃描技術的應用層面。
