教師情緒智慧、工作壓力與班級經營效能關係之研究─以桃園市國民小學級任教師為例

摘要


近年來社會快速變遷,教育政策疊有調整,再加上少子化的影響,教師面臨更多的工作壓力,對於情緒方面的影響也愈漸複雜。在學校教育工作上,教師的人格特質、情緒智慧可能直接影響教學效能、班級經營風格及工作滿意度。本研究旨在瞭解國民小學級任教師情緒智慧、工作壓力與班級經營效能之關係。 本研究對象為桃園市國民小學級任教師,採用問卷調查法進行研究。使用工具包含三個量表,分別為「教師情緒智慧量表」、「教師工作壓力量表」、「班級經營效能量表」,利用統計分析進行資料處理。 本研究結果發現:桃園市國民小學級任教師具備良好情緒智慧、中低度工作壓力與良好班級經營效能;在教師背景變項中,不同性別、年齡、任教年資及學歷的教師,在教師的情緒智慧、工作壓力與班級經營效能上,有相關差異存在;不同情緒智慧與工作壓力的桃園市國民小學級任教師在班級經營效能上有相關差異存在;桃園市國民小學級任教師之情緒智慧、工作壓力對班級經營效能具有部分預測力。 依研究結果,對教育行政機關、師資培育機構、國小級任教師及後續研究者提出具體建議。

Due to social rapid-change, adjustment of educational policies, declining birthrate, teachers face more stress and affect more on their emotions these years. Teachers’ personal traits and emotional intelligence may affect directly on their efficiency of teaching, classroom management styles and satisfaction of jobs. This study is to perceive classroom management between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress in elementary school homeroom teachers. This study is adopted questionnaires to research elementary school homeroom teachers in Taoyuan City, including three scales, "Emotional Intelligence Scale for Teachers", "Teacher Stress Scale" and "Classroom Management Efficiency Scale" to analyze these statistics and data. I found that elementary school homeroom teachers are equipped with good emotional intelligence, low working pressure and good efficiency of classroom management in Taoyuan City. There are relatively different emotional intelligence, working pressure and efficiency of classroom management in different genders, ages, seniority and educational backgrounds about teachers’ backgrounds. There are relatively different efficiency of classroom management between teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress in elementary school homeroom teachers in Taoyuan City. There is most prediction ability about elementary school homeroom teachers’ emotional intelligence and job stress to classroom management efficiency. This research can be concluded to provide suggestions to educational, institutions of teacher preparation, elementary school teachers and further research.
