國小學童正值品格養成及知識汲取的黃金時期。然而,孩童的成長除了倚賴教師春風化雨的力量之外,也需要家長的關心與教養;亦即學校教育、家庭教育必須雙管齊下,始能發揮最佳效益。本論文主要目的即在於探討家長教養態度對教師班級經營之影響,以往的研究較少著墨於此一區塊,為深入探討,本論文採「質性研究方法」之個案研究以及半結構式訪談來取得資料,並以目前任教於桃園市公立小學之導師作為主要研究對象。經由訪談資料彙整後發現:家長教養態度確實會影響教師之班級經營管理,權威開明型的教養態度,其子女在校之各方面表現都比較好;若是忽視冷漠型或是寬鬆放任型,其子女在校之各方面表現較差,而此兩種教養態度亦常造成教師班級經營上的困難。
The children of primary schools are the golden age of character formation and knowledge acquition. Nevertheless, in addition to teachers’ education, parents’ care and cultivation are also needed for childen’s growing up. It means that both school education and family education should be put into practice altogether so that the effects of education toward children can be maximized. The main purpose of this thesis is to explore the influences of parents’s attitudes toward education on teachers’ class management. In the past, few studies focused on this area. In oredr to conduct an in-deapth survey, this thesis took case studies by virtue of a semi-structural interview and the subjects were targeted at the tutors of public primary schools in Taoyuan City. After the analysis of the interview data, the thesis finds that the attitude of the parents toward children’s education did really affect teachers’ class Management. The children of the authoritarian-open type of parents have better performance at school in every field. As for those parents who are of the indifferent type, their children’s performances are worse in any field. These two opposite types of parental education do cause tutors’ dificulties in the classroom management.
