本文旨在探討國小志工運用況狀及其所面臨的問題和因應策略,在研究取向方面採質性分析法,利用深度訪談、參與觀察及文件分析等方式,針對桃園市中壢區L國小4位學校志工及2位主任督導進行個案研究。而討論的議題則聚焦在志工服務動機、教育訓練、成長歷程、自主管理、組織經營、遭遇困境及因應策略等面向。在研究策略方面,則結合文獻分析與經驗訪談資料來探討分析志工人力運用的限制與可行性,並試圖找出妥適的人力運用策略及未來發展方向,如整合志願服務人力資源;發揮個人潛能和志工使命;促成志工隊的自主管理與協調合作,並能與社區網路連結,讓志願服務觀念紮根,深植於學生、家庭、社會,以形塑志工優質形象。
This case study aims to explore the current status of school volunteers from an elementary in Jhongli city. A qualitative case analysis approach is adopted of the study from Chungli, Taoyuan City. The data collection method includes in-depth interviews of four school volunteers and two administrative supervisers, participant observation and document analysis. The topic of discussion focus on service motivation, education and training, the growth process, self-management, organizational management, difficulties encountered and related countermeasures. This study employs literature analysis and empirical data analysis from in-depth interview to explore the use operational constraints and feasibilities of shool volunteers and try to figure out appropriate counter strategies as well. Finally, this research consolidates and proposes the integration of service human resources, set up and shape their potential and volunteer mission, promote self-management cooperation and coordination of volunteer teams, and connect with the community network trying to root the concept of voluntary service in the students, families, society.
