探討人格特質與人際關係對團購行為之影響 -以桃園縣光明國中女性教職員為例

The Impact of Personal Traits and Interpersonal Relationships on Group Buying – The Case Study of the Female Faculty of Guang-Ming Junior High School in Taoyuan City.

摘要


本研究之主要目的在探討女性的人格特質與人際關係以及參與辦公室團購的消費行為之相關性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以桃園縣光明國民中學女性教職員為抽樣對象,獲得有效問卷共81份。研究結果顯示: (1)人格特質中嚴謹性與情緒穩定性和女性參與辦公室團購的次數為負相關; (2)人格特質中友善性與開放性和人際關係交互作用後會增加女性參與辦公室團購的消費次數; (3)人格特質中外向性與開放性較明顯的女性,容易成為辦公室團購的主購者; (4)人際關係中支配需要較明顯的女性,容易成為團體中的意見領袖。 根據調查結果本研究提出幾項結論: (1)友善性、開放性等人格特質的女性,會強化人際關係和參與團購之間的關係。 (2)具有外向性與開放性特質的女性比較容易同時成為主購者與參與團購。 (3)人際關係中支配需要較明顯的女性可以影響團體的消費行為。

The study tried to realize the correlation between group buying and the personal traits and interpersonal relationships of females. We collected 81 effective questionnaires from Guang-Ming junior high school in Taoyuan city in Taiwan. The research revealed that (1) among the five factor model of personal traits, females who show neuroticism and conscientiousness are not easy to join a group buying in the office. (2)Females who show agreeableness and openness are liable to join a group buying in the office after correlating with interpersonal relations. (3)Females who show openness and extraversion are liable to raise a group buying in the office. (4)Females who show control in her interpersonal relationships are liable to affect the opinion in the office. Based on the result, the study provided that (1) females who show agreeableness and openness emphasize the correlation between interpersonal relationships and joining group buying. (2) Females who show extraversion and openness are liable to raise and join a group buying at the same time. (3) Females who show control in her interpersonal relationships are liable to affect the consumer’s behavior in the office.
