被遺忘的主角:霸凌事件的旁觀者

摘要


本研究旨在透過以旁觀者的角色探討校園霸凌行為的現況,藉以探索校園霸凌事件旁觀者當時 的作為反應及其原因、旁觀者事後作為及其原因、旁觀者角色改變的原因、霸凌事件對旁觀者的影 響。本研究採取質性研究方式,以某國中校園霸凌事件中:關係霸凌事件2位旁觀者、言語霸凌事 件1位旁觀者與肢體霸凌事件1位旁觀者,共4位研究樣本,進行半結構式之深度訪談,將訪談內 容錄音檔轉化為逐字稿,將資料統整續作編碼意義化,最後作資料歸納分析,研究發現如下: 一、旁觀者角色以中立、樂見、罪惡感三種為主。 二、霸凌者關係佳或與受害者不佳使得旁觀者樂見霸凌發生。 三、旁觀人數愈多,沈默的從眾者也愈多。 四、霸凌事件愈危險,旁觀退縮,甚至支持霸凌者。 五、學校對霸凌事件處理不當,旁觀學生會心生不滿。 六、人際關係差或特殊學生有時為受害者,有時為加害者,無法獲取旁觀者全然的同情與支持。 本研究最後依據研究結果,提出一些相關研究建議,盼對校園霸凌事件現況問題及未來防治有所助 益,臚列一些研究限制,能對後續研究者未來研究方向有所裨益。 關鍵字:校園霸凌,旁觀者,霸凌事件

This research was designed to explore bullying behavior through a bystander's current situation, in order to explore the campus bullying bystander was as a reaction to their causes, bystanders afterwards as their causes, the reason for the change of a bystander role, bullying bystanders. This research adopts a qualitative research, through a junior high school campus bullying:The relationship between the two bystanders of bullying, a bystander of verbal bullying, and a bystander of physically bullying, a total of four study samples, by a semi-structured depth interviews, and Interview audio files are converted to the transcripts, the whole information system continued for coding significance of, and finally the data was summarized and analyzed. Findings are as follows: 1. The three main bystander roles are as a neutral, happy to see, and guilt. 2. The good relationship with bully or the poor relationship with victims will make the bystanders would like to see bullying incidents. 3. The more number of the bystanders, the silent herd number will more. 4. The more dangerous bullying, the bystanders flinch more, and even more support the bully. 5. School bullying is not handled properly, bystander students will feel dissatisfied. 6. Interpersonal bad or special students sometimes become victims, and sometimes become perpetrators, and can not obtain sympathy and support from bystanders completely. Finally, based on the research results, some relevant research proposals were put forward to want to help the campus bullying current status and future preventive measures. Set out some limitations of the study can be useful for future researchers of the future research direction. Keywords:bullying , bystanders , bullying incidents.
