影響客家女性社會地位關鍵因素之研究

Factors Affecting the Changes of Hakka Women Social Status in Taiwan

摘要

本研究藉由「性別主流化」概念，討論客家族群的性別制度、文化延續和其他各項影響客家女性角色地位因素，以綜觀性角度探究影響客家女性社會地位的可能因素，瞭解各因素彼此的因果關係，並針對其中影響客家女性的關鍵因素進一步討論，研究發現有助客委會日後制定相關性別政策、活動或計畫之參考。
　　本研究以文獻分析法歸納出10項主要影響客家女性社會地位的因素，分別為「客家嚴謹的禮教約束」、「客家文化以男性為主的財產繼承制度」、「握有家庭事務的主掌權程度」、「客家文化中的性別角色分工」、「客家女性的社區參與」、「客家族群的人際網絡關係」、「家庭教育的傳承影響」、「樸素淡泊的藍衫精神」、「男性握有家庭或家族的主要經濟來源」和「女性缺乏充足的教育或可用的資源」。以問卷調查法蒐集資料，發放對象為不分性別居住於臺灣的客家人，運用「決策實驗室法」進一步分析10項因素的相互關係。研究發現「女性缺乏充足的教育或可用資源」、「客家女性的社區參與」和「樸素淡泊的藍衫精神」3項因素為關鍵影響因素，並據以客委會歷年推行性別主流化的計畫與成果發展對照探討。　　
　　綜上所述，本研究發現客家文化的特色對客家兩性角色地位塑造具有深遠的影響，而若要改善客家女性的社會地位，筆者認為應從女性本身的價值觀和享有資源程度著手改變，此外，客家男性對客家女性地位所持的態度亦具關鍵的影響性。進一步根據研究結果，本研究建議藉由對客家族群廣為宣導性平觀念，提升客家女性的社區參與和改善社區參與的兩性分工結構，並透過家庭與學校的兩性教育培育孩童正確的兩性觀念。

In face the rareness of Hakka studies in Public Administration field, this paper aims to study Hakka women and concept of gender equality together. With the enforcement of Gender Mainstreaming in Hakka Affair Council of Taiwan, we considered the factors and the key factors affect the changes of Hakka women social status in Hakka culture. By using Documentary Analysis, the collected ten main factors that influence Hakka women social status are as follows: “Strict Ethical Constraints”, “Inheritance System”, “Decision-Making Power in Family Affairs”, “Gender System”, “Women’s Community Involvement”, “Interpersonal Relations”, “Family Education”, “Hakka Spirit: Live in Humble Life”, “Men as the Main Source of Household Income” and “Women’s Lack of Adequate Education or Available Resources”. Further, in order to filter key factors, using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method to analyze collected questionnaire data. The result showed “Women’s Community Involvement”, “Hakka Spirit: Live in Humble Life” and “Women’s Lack of Adequate Education or Available Resources” are key factors among the ten main factors to affect Hakka women social status changes. These operators characterize how deeply Hakka culture features influence Hakka women social status and how urgent it is to correct Hakka women’s gender values.
