青少年時期喪親者生命經驗之敘事研究

摘要


本研究藉由敘事研究的方法,自喪親者的主觀生命經驗出發,了解他們面對喪親事件時的真實經驗脈絡,和他們在生命歷程中與週遭社會系統、人際互動的情形,並經由經驗的詮釋與理解,討論青少年時期喪親者其喪親經驗及此敘說經驗在其生命中所蘊含的意義。 本研究的參與者包括七位於青少年時期喪親之成年人,運用敘事訪談的方法蒐集資料,再依其訪談與敘事文本進行分析,分析結果發現:青少年時期發展增加了悲傷的複雜性,而喪親經驗同時也影響著青少年形成自我概念與世界價值觀的自我認同過程,在受訪者的生命經驗中,多半缺乏環境所給予的支持,感受到許多的挫折與孤立感,社會文化價值有時更對喪親青少年造成額外的壓力,但喪親經驗藉由敘說經驗的整理與意義化,受訪者常能轉化喪親經驗為生活所帶來的影響成為成長的動力。因此依據研究結果,將喪親視為青少年時期的重大危機,並於危機發展理論的各階段提出可參考的協助策略與建議。

Through narrative research method, this study by means of the bereaved person's subjective life experience, to know they face the real experience of bereavement event context, and their course in life with the surrounding social system, interpersonal situations, and through experience, interpretation and understanding, to discuss the bereaved adolescent bereavement experience and the narrative of their experience in their lives by the inherent meaning. There are seven participants in this study who are adult bereavement in adolescence. I used narrative interview methods of collecting data for further interviews and narrative texts. According to analysis and the results found that adolescent development not only increased the complexity of grief and the bereavement experience, but also affected the formation of self-concept of young people and the world the values of self-identification process. The life experiences of respondents mostly are lack of support given by the environment and feel a lot of frustration and sense of isolation. Social and cultural values sometimes even on the additional pressure on the bereaved young people, but the experience of bereavement experiences through narrative and meaning of the collation of the respondents experience of bereavement can often be translated into the impact of life to become an engine of growth. Therefore, based on research results of the bereavement as a major crisis during adolescence, and in various stages of development of the crisis, put forward the theory of reference to assist in strategy and recommendations.
