在本論文,將討論x LaAlO3-(1-x)CaTiO3添加燒結促進劑 PBS、B2O3、CuO之微結構與其微波介電特性。由於LaAlO3介電陶瓷材料之τf為負值(τf = -44 ppm/℃),我們選擇添加CaTiO3(τf = +800 ppm/℃)做為溫度飄移之補償。藉由添加不同比例之燒結促進劑 PBS玻璃、B2O3、CuO,探討產生的液相對其微結構與微波特性之影響。實驗結果顯示,0.95LaAlO3-0.05CaTiO3添加 0.5wt% B2O3+0.5wt% CuO可有效降低燒結溫度到1300℃時,並具有最佳的介電特性 εr ~ 21、Q×f 值~22500(GHz)、τf~ -3(ppm/℃)。
In this study, the microstructures and microwave properties of x LaAlO3-(1-x) CaTiO3 added with different sintering aids such as PBS glass、B2O3and CuO were investigated. Since LaAlO3 dielectric ceramic has negative τf value ( - 44 ppm/℃), the CaTiO3 ceramic with positive τf value (+800ppm/℃) is combined to adjust the τf value to zero. By adding different sintering aids, the effect of liquid phase on the microstructures and microwave properties of LaAlO3-CaTiO3 system were investigated. The experimental results show that 0.95 LaAlO3-0.05 CaTiO3 ceramic added with 0.5wt% B2O3+0.5wt% CuO can efficiently reduce the sintering temperature from 1650℃ to 1300℃, and has the useful microwave properties, including : εr~21、Q×f ~22500(GHz)、τf ~ -3 (ppm/℃).
