影響國小資訊教師資訊素養之因素及其重要度差異之研究

摘要


過去教育機關以及學校單位諸多專家學者為改善及培養教師資訊素養提出各種改善解決方案,往往每年均為此投資不少時間心血,卻因各種解決方案無法協助教師確實掌握各種影響因素,致使大多數老師,依然在困惑學習摸索中。為此,本研究透過KJ 法,將所蒐集的文獻進行分群與排序,並透過焦點團體法與德爾菲法來確認此一架構之合理性,最後,透過層級分析法,來建立各構面、類別、因素之權重值。最後,從本研究之研究成果得知,在資訊教師資訊素養及其重要度差異中,專家學者們一致認為教師本身素養與理念類別之各項目為整體權重值最為重要項目。因此,本研究之研究成果,能協助教育機關以及學校單位明確知道影響的因素為何及其重要度,進而在該因素上投入時間與心力,以期能改善現有不足之處。

Numerous professionals and scholars of educational institutions and schools proposed various solutions in order to improve and cultivate the information quality of teachers, which have invested abundant time and efforts for years. Most of the teachers, however, are still perplexed and learning, for the methods proposed are unable to support teachers to realize each component. For these reasons, the study adopted KJ method to categorize and sort the collected literatures and determine the rationality of the framework through focus group and Delphi method. Finally, the weighted values of aspects, types and components were established by the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the result revealed that among the information literacy of information teachers and the importance differences, professionals and scholars believed the items in categories of teacher literacy and idea are the most important items in overall weighted values unanimously.
