休閒參與、休閒涉入、休閒效益對幸福感之研究-以雲林縣國小教師為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討休閒涉入、休閒效益及幸福感間之關聯性,因過去相關文獻對本研究議題較少提及,因此有其研究之必要性與貢獻性,是為研究動機與目的。本研究以99學年度439位雲林縣國小教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法並分別以描述性統計、探索性因素分析、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、典型相關以及迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理。 本研究對象係以31歲~40歲、擁有師範院校(含師專、師院)學歷、級任導師、服務年資為11~15年之已婚女性為主。研究結果發現休閒活動參與性最高者之類別為「娛樂性活動」,參與性最低之類別為「藝文性活動」。再者休閒參與者之休閒涉入、休閒效益與幸福感皆屬於中等偏高程度。休閒參與者之休閒涉入與幸福感間呈現正向關係,其中以「生活重心性」構面與幸福感的相關程度最高,而教育程度為四十學分班之男性其涉入程度顯著較高。此外,休閒效益與幸福感間亦呈現正向關係,其中以「社交情感性」構面與幸福感的相關程度最高,而年齡為超過50歲(含以上)的參與者其休閒效益顯著較高。本研究最後藉由獲致之客觀結果提出建議,做為相關單位或業者規劃休閒活動時之參考。

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and Well-being. The research motivation was triggered by the fact that this research issue was seldom discussed in past studies, and it is necessary and important to investigate this issue. The subjects were 439 elementary school teachers in Yunlin County in 2010 academic year and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s post hoc test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis were used to conduct data processing. The bulk of the subjects were married female class advisers aged 31~40 with the degree from Normal College and University who had served as teachers for 11~15 years. This study found that the leisure activity of the highest level of participation is “recreational activity,” and that of the lowest level of participation is “artistic activity.” Moreover, the leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and sense of happiness of leisure participants are all above medium. The leisure involvement of leisure participants is positively correlated with their sense of happiness, and the dimention of “center of life” is most significantly correlated with it. The level of leisure involvement of male participants whose educational background is 40-credit continuing education program is significantly higher. Leisure benefits are also positively correlated with sense of happiness, and the dimention of “social affection” is most significantly correlated with it. The leisure benefits of leisure participants aged 51 and above significantly higher. It is hoped that the specific conclusion and suggestions obtained from this study could be provided as reference to relevant units or operators for planning leisure activities.
