本研究旨在暸解雲林縣國小教師之休閒活動參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度之現況,並比較不同背景變項的教師其在休閒活動參與上之差異情形,以及探討休閒活動參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度之相關性。本研究以「國民小學教師休閒參與、休閒滿意度與生活滿意度調查問卷」作為研究工具,針對443位教師進行調查。本研究使用SPSS統計軟體之敘述性統計分析、探索性因素分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費事後比較、典型相關及迴歸分析等統計方法進行探究。 研究結果發現人口統計變數之性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資在休閒活動參與呈現顯著差異;實證發現雲林縣國小教師偏好「消遣性」之活動類型,而其參與頻率呈中等程度,且研究顯示參與者有高的休閒滿意度及生活滿意度。其次,休閒活動參與和休閒滿意度以及生活滿意度呈現顯著正相關,而休閒滿意度與亦與生活滿意度呈現顯著正相關。最後,迴歸分析顯示,教師之休閒滿意度對生活滿意度有預測力。
The main purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of participation in leisure activities, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction of Yunlin County’s elementary school teachers. In this study, the subjects were 443 teachers and the researching implement “Questionnaire of the participation in leisure activities, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction of Yunlin County’s elementary school teachers” was conducted. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s post hoc test, cononical correlation, and regression analysis were used to conduct data processing. The results showed that demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, duration of service appeared significant differences on the leisure activity participation. Empirical results found that Yunlin County’s elementary school teachers preferred "recreational" type of activity, of whose participation rate was a moderate level, and the research showed that participants have high levels of leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction. Moreover, participation in leisure activity, leisure satisfaction and life satisfaction are highly correlated, and leisure satisfaction is positively correlated with life satisfaction. In conclusion, regression analysis showed that the level of leisure satisfaction for teachers is forecasted for the level of life satisfaction.
