正齒輪對與行星齒輪系之傳動效率分析與測試

摘要


本論文主要是探討正齒輪對與行星齒輪系之嚙合效率,包括齒輪嚙合效率的理論分析與實驗測試驗證。由此平行軸式齒輪對之嚙合效率非常高,近年來,有關齒輪嚙合效率的研究較少探討平行軸式正齒輪的傳動效率。本研究將根據齒輪嚙合原理,探討平行軸式齒輪對之的嚙合特性,並針對不同減速比的齒輪對(包括外齒輪對和內齒輪對)分析其嚙合效率;另外,本研究也將探討行星齒輪系整體的嚙合效率。首先根據齒輪嚙合原理,推導出齒輪對(包括外齒輪對和內齒輪對)嚙合效率之理論方程式;再根據相對功理論計算出行星齒輪系整體的嚙合效率;接著,進行行星齒輪減速機的工程設計與雛型機開發;最後,將雛型機安裝於實驗機台,進行傳動效率測試,探討實驗結果是否與理論分析相互符合。本研究所設計出之行星齒輪減速機(減速比為4) 整體的機械效率(包括嚙合效率、軸承效率與油封效率)理論值大約為94%~96%,實驗結果大約為92%~94%;兩者誤差僅約1%~3%,本研究結果證實平行軸式齒輪對之嚙合效率非常高、正齒輪行星齒輪減速機之嚙合效率也非常高。

The purpose of this thesis is to explore the meshing efficiency of spur gear pair and planetary gear train, including the theoretical analysis and experimental test. Due to the reasoning of high meshing efficiency of gear pairs with parallel axle, little paper focuses on the meshing efficiency of gear pairs with parallel axle recently. According to meshing theory of gearing, this thesis explore the meshing characteristics and meshing efficiency of spur gear pairs (including external and internal gear pairs) with different reduction ratios. In addition, this thesis also explore the meshing efficiency of planetary gear train. First, based on the theory of gearing, the meshing efficiencies of external and internal gear pairs are derived. According to the concept of latent power, the meshing efficiency of planetary gear train is also derived. Then, the engineering design and prototype manufacture of planetary gear reducer are carried out. Finally, the transmission efficiency test of this prototype is carried out to verify the theoretical analysis. The planetary reducer designed in this thesis has the theoretical overall theoretical transmission efficiency (including meshing efficiency, bearing efficiency, and seal efficiency) about 94% to 96% and experimental efficiency about 92% to 94%. The error between both is only about 1~3%. The results of this thesis proved that the meshing efficiencies of external spurt gear pair, internal spur gear pair, and planetary spur gear train are very high.
