光碟機動態模擬及結構分析

摘要


CD-ROM光碟機發展至今已相當成熟,而光碟機在高速運轉下所產生的振動是不可避免的,一般來說,此振動是由於旋轉時碟片的不平衡量所造成,有效的降低振動頻率是現今重要的課題。本研究的主要目的在於探討此機構在動態模擬時的動態行為。光碟機於主軸馬達高速運轉時,各部零件的振動情況與模態分析,再藉由模擬結果進而瞭解此機構在振動作用下是否存在壽命缺陷。首先由3D繪圖軟體Pro/ENGINEER3.0繪製模型,再將檔案匯入RecurdynV7R5動態分析軟體進行模擬,並以數據圖表表示。

DVD-ROM development has been quite mature. The DVD-ROM drive at high speed vibration is inevitable. In general, this vibration is due to the rotation of disc unbalance. How to effectively reduce the frequency of vibration is an important issue. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the dynamic behaviors of DVD-ROM by using the dynamic simulation software. DVD-ROM drive with high speed of the spindle motor caused the vibration. The modal analysis was performed by using ANSYS. The simulation results could be obtained and explained to understand the defects in vibration under resonance conditions. The analyzed procedures were using Pro/ENGINEER3.0 3D graphics software to draw the model, then importing the assembled solid model to RecurdynV7R5 dynamic analysis software. Finally, one could apply appropriate initial and boundary conditions to simulate this DVD-Rom numerical model.
