This research focus on the issue of copreneur, that means couple start new business together and they are a unique subset of entrepreneur and family business. The research defined the “copreneur spousal capital” as decision style, entrepreneurship, and fit of family/business of copreneur husband and wife, and social, economic and human capital came from the marriage. By using case study, this research finds the fit of value, entrepreneurship, decision style and capitals will positive effect the success of copreneur.
