摘要


一種靠液體運轉時產生離心力,以減少振動的自動平衡裝置。一般來說『自動平衡裝置』:為一單自由度系統,藉由離心力使平衡流體與偏心質點的相位相反,以自動抵消旋轉體的不平衡,因而達到減少振動的產生。在日常生活中,如洗衣機就是運用這種原理,以水環方式內含液體,利用洗衣槽運轉時產生離心力,即使衣物擺放沒平衡,但隨著速度的提高,會使洗衣機在運轉趨向平衡,以達成自動平衡的效果。 在本文中,主要是介紹一種液態環的平衡裝置,本系統屬於平面方向的減震裝置。其物理特性是經由實際操作運轉量測方式所獲得,並且對液態環的自動平衡裝置的質量、轉速對振動的影響作相關的探討分析,比較有無安裝液態自動平衡裝置對運轉體振動值的改善效果。

An automatic balance device works by using the centrifugal force produced by liquids to reduce vibration. Generally , automatic balance device is a single degree of freedom systems through centrifugal force to let the eccentric mass and fluid out of phase and to automatically offset the unbalance of rotating body, and thus to reduce the vibration generated. In daily life, washing machine is using this principle with water ring containing a liquid to balance the laundry chute when the centrifugal force is generated. As the speed increasing, it will make washing machines in operation tend to reach auto balance effect event if the clothes placed without balance. In this thesis, a balancing device for liquid ring which is a damping device for plane orientation is introduced. Physical properties of transporter operation are through actual measurement. Analysis is performed and discussions are given about the weight and speed of automatic balance device of liquid ring which affect vibration of transporter operation. Comparison of the improvement on vibration values of transporter operation between with and without liquid automatic balance device installation is studied.
