高科技IT人員使用IBM RationalTool滿意度之影響因素

摘要


資訊科技日新月異的蓬勃發展,加上使用者對於資訊品質要求的提升,迫使的公司必須研發出更精密複雜的產品來做為企業競爭的首要優勢,而IT部門對於整個企業面對激烈競爭之下,擔任著一個非常重要的角色。根據IBM Global Services Study的調查中發現,企業在所有開發專案中有59%以至於完全失敗,或不符合成本與時效,這對於以開發為核心競爭力的IT而言,等同於高額的企業成本損失。 於是許多軟體生命週期的開發廠商,陸續的開發出關於在軟體開發流程上的輔助工具,這當中又以IDC在2009年的報導指出,目前市面上的軟體開發流程工具以IBM Rational Tool 47.7%市佔率為最高,許多採用IBM Rational Tool的成功案例也為企業帶來了許多利益和減少不必要的研發資金支出,但是在導入前及導入後維護的費用少則上百萬多則上千萬,在目前資訊預算緊縮的背景下,企業如何透由IBM Rational Tool來提升軟體開發的競爭優勢呢?在許多相關研究的結果中指出,人員使用的意願程度佔了絕大部份的影響,而本研究則是要以使用人員在一個非自願的背景下藉由實證研究以「高科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool 滿意度之影響因素」的觀點,透過資訊系統成功模型架構,針對國內高科技IT人員進行問卷調查,探討資訊系統成功模型對高科技IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool滿意度之影響因素與關連性,發展出我們的研究模型。問卷資料經過PLS模型分析,結果顯示如下: 1. 高科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool的「資訊品質」對「認知有用」有正向 影響。 2. 高科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool的「資訊品質」對「使用者滿意度」有正向影響。 3. 高科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool的「系統品質」對「認知有用」有正向影響。 4. 高科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool的「系統品質」對「使用者滿意度」有正向影響。 5. 科技產業IT人員使用IBM Rational Tool的「認知有用」對「使用者滿意度」有正向影響。

Abstract Computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tool are commonly utilized to facilitate software development. IBM Rational Tool occupied 47.7% of the CASE tool market according to an IDC report in 2009. Studies had proved that adopting IBM Rational Tool not only reduces expenses but also enhances software quality, however, the factors influencing software developers’ satisfaction with the tool is yet to be explored. This study incorporated system importance and job characteristics into Information Systems Success Model to investigate such factors. 287 questionnaires were distributed to the IS personnel of a major high-tech manufacturing company in Taiwan and 187 valid responses were received. The collected data were analyzed with PLS analysis and the results were as follows. 1. Information quality had a positive impact on perceived usefulness. 2. Information quality had a positive impact on user satisfaction. 3. System quality had a positive impact on perceived usefulness. 4. System quality had a positive impact on user satisfaction. 5. Perceived usefulness had a positive impact on user satisfaction.
