桃園縣幼兒園教師參與休閒活動與工作壓力關係之研究

A Study on Work Stress and Leisure Participation of Kindergarten Teachers in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解幼兒園教師參與休閒活動與工作壓力之現況,並探討不同背景變項的幼兒園教師在參與休閒活動與工作壓力上之差異情形與相關性。根據研究目的,以自編「幼兒園教師參與休閒活動與工作壓力調查問卷」為研究工具,以桃園縣公立國小附設幼兒園教師為研究對象,發出294份問卷,回收有效問卷242份,回收率82%。所得資料以單因子變異數分析﹙one-way ANOVA﹚探討不同背景變項的幼兒園教師在參與休閒活動與工作壓力之差異情形,如達顯著水準則以薛費法(Scheffe’s Method)進行事後比較;以皮爾森積差相關探討幼兒園教師參與休閒活動與工作壓力兩個變項之間的關係。根據研究發現,歸納本研究結論如下: 一、 桃園縣幼兒園教師參與休閒活動的現況屬於中等偏低程度,以「娛樂性活動」的休閒參與頻率最高,而以「運動性活動」的休閒參與頻率最低。 二、 桃園縣幼兒園教師工作壓力的現況屬於中等偏低程度,以「工作負荷」層面的壓力感受程度最高,而在「人際關係」層面的壓力感受最低。 三、 年齡較小、已婚無子女、教學年資較淺、服務於幼兒園班級數2-3班的桃園縣幼兒園教師在參與「娛樂性」休閒活動的頻率較高。 四、 服務於幼兒園班級數2-3班的桃園縣幼兒園教師在整體參與休閒活動的頻率較高。 五、 最高學歷研究所以上、兼任園主任的桃園縣幼兒園教師在「工作負荷」層面的工作壓力感受程度上較大。 六、 任教於小中混齡班的桃園縣幼兒園教師在整體工作壓力感受程度上最大。 七、 桃園縣幼兒園教師參與休閒活動與工作壓力呈現負相關,顯示桃園縣幼兒園教師參與休閒活動的頻率越高,其工作壓力的感受程度就越低。 最後依據研究結果提出具體建議,以作為教育主管行政機關、學校單位、幼兒園教師與未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the status of the kindergarten teachers between leisure participation and work stress, and discuss the discrepancy and relationship on the different background of kindergarten teachers. According to this purpose, the research instrument used in this study is questionnaire named “The kindergarten teachers’ leisure participation and work stress scale”. 294 questionnaires were sent to kindergarten teachers in Taoyuan County for public kindergarten, and 242 valid questionnaires were received. The recovery ratio is 82%. Statistical methods used for data analysis, included one-way ANOVA, Scheffe`s Method and Pearson`s product-moment correlation. One-way ANOVA is used to discuss different background of kindergarten teachers. Scheffe`s Method makes comparison of significance level. Pearson`s product-moment correlation is used to discuss the relationship between leisure participation and work stress. The conclusion of research is shown as follows: 1. A middle-to-low level for participating leisure activities of kindergarten teachers in Taoyuan County. ‘Entertainment activities’ is the most popular activities, and ‘sports activities’ has lowest frequency in leisure activities. 2. A middle-to-low level of work stress of kindergarten teachers in Taoyuan County. The main source of work stress is ‘work load’, and ‘interpersonal relationship’ has lowest influence of work stress. 3. The kindergarten teachers, who are younger, married, childless and with 2 to 3 classes in kindergarten have more interesting for participating ‘Entertainment activities’. 4. The kindergarten teachers with 2 to 3 classes in kindergarten have more interesting for participating leisure activities. 5. The kindergarten teachers with higher education record, or part time of kindergarten`s chairman are under more stress in ‘work load’. 6. The kindergarten teachers with mixed-age teaching are under more stress. 7. These questionnaires represent kindergarten teachers feel less stress under more leisure activities. Finally, on the basis of research results, conclusions and concrete recommendations are proposed for the administrative authority for education, school, kindergarten teachers and future research.
