桃園縣國小教師多媒體使用現況、準則及阻礙因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解桃園縣國小教師多媒體使用現況、準則及阻礙使用多媒體之因素,分析不同背景變項的桃園縣國小教師在使用多媒體現況、準則及阻礙因素之差異情形。 為達成研究目的,先進行文獻探討,發展出問卷初稿,再參酌專家學者意見予以修改,經過預試分析以建立信、效度,建立「桃園縣國小教師多媒體使用現況、準則及阻礙因素」調查問卷。 本研究採問卷調查法,以桃園縣國小教師為對象,依學校規模比例,共發出400份,回收384份,有效問卷317份,可用率達83%。再經由描述性統計分析、卡方檢定、t檢定、單因子變異數分析與雪費法事後比較,獲得結論如下: 一、桃園縣國小教師最常使用的多媒體為出版社所提供之光碟電子書。 二、教師在使用多媒體準則因任教年資、學校規模不同而有所差異。 三、教師在使用多媒體阻礙因素因年齡、是否修過多媒體相關科目、是否參加過多媒體相關研習不同而有所差異。 依據本研究發現與結論,提出以下建議: 一、 對教育行政機關、教科書出版商及教師之建議 (一)多媒體研習時,給予電腦實體練習及多媒體認證;(二)針對不同年段及領域發展不同之光碟電子書;(三)積極參與多媒體教學相關研習,增進選用多媒體教材能力。 二、對未來相關研究之建議 (一)研究對象可擴展至中等教育及其他縣市;(二)增加不同的自變項及依變項,探究其關聯;(三)可採量化研究兼採質性探討。

The purpose of this research is to investigate the Taoyuan County Elementary School teachers’ current condition, principles and obstructing factors of using multi-media. The aim of the study is also to explore the differences of the above involvements among teachers with different background variables. To achieve the goal of the research, the questionnaires “Taoyuan County Elementary School Teachers’ Current Condition, Principles and Obstructing Factors of Using Multi-media” employed in this study was based on the literature reviws and the reliability and the availibility was soundly established through the analysis of pre-test. The survey method was applied to the study, and elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County were chosen as samples. According to the ration of the school size, there were 400 teachers sampled as research objects from Taoyuan County public elementary schools. 384 teachers responded the survey in which 317 were valid. The availability ratio was 83%. Survey datas were analyzed by methods including descriptive statistice, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffé method. The conclusions of this research are recommended as followings: 1. The percentage in using electronic books via CD-ROM offered by publishers as Taoyuan County Elementary School teachers’ teaching material is higher than other multi-media ones. 2. Teachers’ principles of using multi-media teaching materials differ significantly according to school size and their service years. 3. The obstructing factors of using multi-media teaching materials differ significantly according to teachers’ ages and the experiences of participating in courses and educational activities related to multi-media teaching. According to the analysis of literature and the entire research, the following suggestions are proposed. The suggestions as a reference for educational administrative authorities, publishers of textbooks as well as teachers: 1. During the educational activities, plenty of practicing on the computer and professional multi-media identifications are necessary. 2. Publishers are encouraged to research and develop various styles of CD-ROM electronic books in terms of different grades and different subjects. 3. Teachers are encouraged to take part in educational activities related to multi-media teaching, which will enhance their professional abilities for selecting multi-media teahing materials. Suggestions for future study are also provided: 1. The research objects can be expanded to high school teachers or to other counties. 2. Explore more independent variables and more dependent variables and analyze their relationship. 3. Besides quantitative research, qualitative research could be involved in such study.
