臺灣街舞發展影響因素與策略之研究-以街舞工作者之觀點為例

The Affecting Factors and Strateges of Hip-Hop Development in Taiwan-The Perspective of Hip-Hop Workers

摘要

本研究旨在探討臺灣街舞以往的歷史發展，以及近年來的演變現況其中的相關影響因素，街舞為嘻哈文化的一環，嘻哈文化屬社會中的次文化，更以年齡為區分為青少年次文化，其起源於美國紐約Bronx區，自從1980年代傳入臺灣之後，便對臺灣青少年，甚至社會群體有所影響，更已成為青少年的主流文化，故希望藉由本研究將臺灣街舞發展彙整歸納，讓大眾更系統性的了解街舞歷史背景與現況，也希望透過因素探討及應對策略，促使街舞舞者、街舞工作者能更有效地將臺灣街舞往更上層推動。本研究以深入訪談為主、訪談札記為輔，訪談舞齡十年以上之八位街舞工作者，並以類屬分析法歸納相同現象，使本研究能更完整的呈現全面向之研究結果。本研究結果發現:一、臺灣街舞發展歷程脈絡主要分為街舞舞者自我本身的學習方式、練舞的空間與時間、舞者之間的氛圍、舞蹈風格與技術、比賽與活動、練舞人數，以及社會外在環境的媒體曝光程度、政府重視程度、學校教育與街舞課程之相關、社會大眾之觀點、企業關注程度、家庭支持度；二、臺灣街舞發展影響因素有大眾傳播擴散效應、街舞參與人數上升、商業市場需求與效益、人品與人際關係、街舞形象轉變、直線教育；三、臺灣街舞未來發展策略有注重幕後行政、街舞舞者應優先注重生活、街舞正式化、人、積極對外溝通、教育方式、街舞風格之獨特性、傳承。透過上述發現，建議街舞舞者應注重生活、品德、人際關係、獨特性、傳承及多元發展；街舞工作者應注重幕後、多元結合、團結、對外溝通及傳承；社會各層面則訴求大眾對於街舞文化的接受度提高以及相關單位的協助，以期街舞文化能更正式化及國際化，然而未來研究可多元進行，以各學術領域層面為基礎，提供街舞文化更豐富的學術參考，以促使臺灣街舞文化能有更完善的發展。

The purpose of this paper is to research the history of Hip-Hop in Taiwan, and the influence factors of developed situation in recent years. Street Dacne is one of the elements of Hip-Hop, which is a subculture for teenager especially. The origin of Hip-Hop was from Bronx, New York City in USA, Hip-Hop is a big influence for teenagers and society since it came into Taiwan, which has been being a mainstream culture of teenagers. That is the reason why I intend to make sense for public to know more about the situation and history of Hip-Hop through a systematical generalization, and figure out strategies to push Hip-Hop dancers and workers up to a more high level.
The research is mainly going down with interview and also notes. I interviewed 8 Hip-Hop workers who have danced more than 10 years, and used the method of categorized analysis to get a more objective and completed result, which is arranged as the following:
First, developing Hip-Hop in Taiwan can be classified as the way dancers study, the space and time for training, atmosphere between dancers, style and technic, competitions and events, amount of dancers, frequency of exposure on media, value for government, education about Hip-Hop, interests of public, attentions from sponsor, support from family. Second, effected factors of developing in Taiwan include spreading of media, raising amount of dancers, demanding and effecting of business market, interpersonal relationship, image of Hip-Hop, directed education. Third, the development in the future has off-stage works, life style, official Hip-Hop, people, communication with public, education, style and unique, passing down. To spread HipHop culture and raise up the acceptability for public, Hip-Hop workers should take more respects in off-stage works, multicultural, united, communication and passing to earn supports and respects from related. Hip-Hop is going to be formalization and globalization. The study could be multiple and base on science to provide an abundant library of Hip-Hop, promote it into a more complete development and environment.
