嘉義縣與雲林縣國民中學體育班經營現況、困境及發展策略之研究

A Study of the Current Status on Management and Difficulties of Junior High School Athletic Classes in Yunlin and Chia-Yi County.

摘要


本研究旨在探討嘉義縣與雲林縣國中體育班經營的現況及困境。採質性方式,以文獻分析法、半結構式深度訪談法進行研究,以嘉義縣及雲林縣國民中學設置體育班的行政人員、教練、導師等共10位為研究對象。所得資料經開放式及主軸編碼方式持續歸納、比較與分析。結果發現目前嘉義縣國民中學設有體育班的學校共有 9 所,運動代表隊共有96隊;雲林縣則有 11 所學校設置體育班,運動代表隊共有117隊,學生來源皆以「學區內就讀學生」為主。各校設置體育班主要原因,是希望能夠藉由運動專長師資教練,並善用學校現有場地設備,培育優秀運動人才,進而成為學校發展特色之一,而兩縣運動推展項目的共同特色均以發展田徑項目的學校數最多。體育班師資或教練大多由校內體育教師兼任或外聘教練來協助訓練工作,且男性教練多於女性教練;在體育班經費上,嘉義縣與雲林縣的學校體育班之經費來源均以「政府專款補助」為主。目前嘉義縣與雲林縣體育班之困境包括:一、體育班學生來源不穩、招募不易;二、教練來源與師資結構問題;三、體育班經費短缺;四、場地、器材、設施不足等四方面。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status and the challenges of specialized sport education programs (SSEP)in junior high school in Chiayi and Yunlin County. Based on the investigation, concrete conclusions and suggestions are proposed. The Qualitative methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and in-depth interview were adopted to interview and inquire 10 participants, including the administration staff,coaches, and homeroom teachers who works at the schools with SSEP. This study continued to compare, analyze, and conclude in order to distinguish the questions of SSEP by open coding and axial coding. Hope this study could be the reference for educational organization’s plan and schools’ developing strategies on SSEP. According to the study, we find the following results: 1. There are 9 junior high schools which has SSEP and 96 teams in Chiayi County. And there are 11 junior high schools offering SSEP and 117 teams in Yunlin Country. Students were primarily from domestic districts. 2. The main reason why the schools offers SSEP was to develop excellent athletic persons with qualified coaches and campus facilities, and thus to be the specialty of the schools. Besides,the schools with SSEP in the two counties had something in common. That was there were the most schools offering track and field events.3. The teachers of SSEP were mostly handled part time by the school’s physical teachers or coaches. The male coaches outnumbered female coaches. 4. The funds for SSEP mostly came from designated government subsidies in Chiayi County and Yunlin County.In terms of challenges of SSEP in Chiayi County and Yunlin County: 1. Unstable source of talented athletic students2. Problems in the structure of coaching and athletic teachering staff.3. A lack of financial backing.4. The shortage of facilities, courts, and instruments.
