本文主要研究整合性電子下單平台的關鍵成功因素與整合策略,藉由實際調查,確認在網路下單業務的普遍化,隨著時間的演進,電腦及通訊科技的發展,走向全面化、即時化與全球化,將其他網路活動整合到電子下單,更能貼近投資人之需求。 本研究彙整整合性電子下單平台之重要功能,透過專家學者的專家問卷調查,整合成本研究的關鍵成功因素,包括開放產品評論、一鍵下單功能、自行研發新功能、個股下單匿名排行榜、多元推薦功能、禮物轉換系統功能、結合購物商城、及定期定額零股功能。 對電子下單平台服務的創新,不斷提出新的整合性電子平台策略,成為券商電子下單平台規劃的新方向,連結一切,提升顧客服務,讓顧客黏在平台上,增加使用度,並提升下單機率,創造雙贏。
This study focused on the key success factor and integrated strategy about Integrated E- commerce Platform of Place Stock Order. Included two main concepts about TAM: Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use. As the result, each function of the Integrated E- Commerce Platform of Place Stock Order not only showed the convenience of product content ,shorten the process but also provide a variety of service. For example: Multi Recommend, Gifts conversed system function, Stock Price Inquire System combined with LINE. Through the investigation, confirmed that E- commerce stock order has turned into popularize, also the development of computer and communications technology has become comprehensiveness, instantaneity and globalization. The more we coordinated the other network activity into E- commerce stock order, the more we can get more close to the demand of investors. Using two turns Expert questionnaire, conclude the key success factors, such as: Product reviews open, Single key order, Own research & development function, Anonymous stock order ranking, Multi- recommended function , Gifts conversed system function, combined with shopping mall, and zero shares at fixed function. As the innovation of the E- commerce Platform, propose the new integrated E-Platform strategy as the new direction. Promote the service, connect each function make the customer used more on the platform create the win-win situation.
