心物法初始重量對最大可接受抬舉重量影響之研究-以矢狀面抬舉作業為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討心物法在使用按件計酬的指示語,以不同的初始重量及不同的抬舉頻率對於最大可接受抬舉重量的影響。本研究招募20位大學男性學生進行心物法抬舉實驗,自變項為兩個抬舉頻率(1次/分鐘、2次/分鐘)和三個抬舉初始重量(輕、中、重),而中等初始重量之設定則依其頻率不同並參考NIOSH(1991)公式訂定。依變項為MAWL、心搏率、調整次數、錯誤率以及RPE。研究結果顯示,初始重量的設定對於最大可接受抬舉重量有顯著的影響,當初始重量越重,所求得的最大可接受抬舉重量越大。以心搏率來說,只有頻率對於心搏率有顯著影響,當頻率越高,心搏率會越大,可能是受試者因高頻率增加負擔所致。以調整次數來說,初始重量為輕和重時的調整次數都比中等初始重量要多,可能是因為中等初始重量較接近MAWL,因此較快調整出MAWL。以頻率來看,高頻率較低頻率調整多次,是因高頻率有較多次的抬舉次數可調整。而當頻率每分鐘兩次且初始重量為重時,所決定之最大可接受抬舉重量大多比頻率每分鐘一次且初始重量為輕來的高(錯誤率95%)。

The purpose of the study investigating when it used the different initial weight and frequencies influences the Maximum Acceptable Weight of Life (MAWL) by Pay-by-weight rewarding system. Fifteen male students were recruited for this study. Three types of initial weight (light、medium and heavy) and two frequencies (one lift per minute and two lifts per minute) are adopted as independent variables. The initial weight for medium weight is set by NIOSH(1991) formula according to its lifting frequency. The depart values are MAWL, heart rate, adjustments, error percentage and RPE. The results showed that when the initial weight increased, the MAWL value increased. In heart rate, when the frequency increased, the heart rate increased. This may be when using higher frequency makes much burden. When the initial weight is light or heavy, the adjustments is fewer then the medium initial weight, this may be the medium initial weight is much like MAWL then others initial weight. The MAWL determined by 2 lifts/min with heavy initial weight is much heavy than MAWL determined by 1 lift/min with light initial weight.
