摘要

本研究旨在探討法務部矯正署看守所技能訓練課程之實施現況，以103年度法務部矯正署看守所技能訓練課程業務相關人員，包括作業科科長、導師及技訓班教師等為研究對象，共62人。針對「看守所組織現況」、「技訓課程實施現況」、「技訓課程實施成效」、「技訓課程實施困境」以及「技訓課程實施建議」為研究範圍。藉此，瞭解臺灣看守所附設技能訓練中心課程規劃、實施現況、實施成效、及實施困境與建議。根據研究目的與分析結果，歸納技能訓練課程實施現況五大結論、六項實施困境及四大改善策略，並提出相關建議。作為後續看守所制定收容人技能訓練課程多元化發展政策及實施模式之重要參考依據。

This research is designed to explore the status of the skill training courses implemented by Detention Center of Agency of Corrections, Ministry of Justice. The subjects were 62 staffs involved in the skill training course implemented by Detention Center of AOC, including the chiefs of the operation departments, tutors and teachers of the skill training courses. The research scope covers “organization status of Detention Center”, “implementation achievement of the skill training courses”, “implementation status of the skill training courses”, “implementation dilemma of the skill training courses” and “recommendations for the skill training course implementation”. Based on the results, this study proposed 5 conclusions on the implementation status of the skill training courses, 6 implementation dilemmas and 4 improvement strategies for reference to the Detention Center to develop diversified development policies and implementation models for the inmates’ skill training courses.
