高屏地區新娘秘書工作困擾與因應對策之研究

A Study on Job Problem and Response Strategies of Bride Secretaries in Koahsiung and Pingtung

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討高屏地區新娘秘書工作困擾與因應對策,分析不同背景變項的新娘秘書在工作困擾與因應對策的差異情形,並進一步探討工作困擾與因應對策之關係。 本研究以問卷調查法為主,半結構式深度訪談法為輔,因本研究對象大部分為獨立個體,進入此行門檻低,不易取得正確從事者的實際人數,研究者為求此研究的真實性,透過各種管道,以滾雪球方式,一一詢問是否從事新娘秘書工作者,確實填寫本問卷。結果以400位高屏地區新娘秘書為研究對象,透過深度訪談10位新娘秘書而自編的「新娘秘書工作困擾調查問卷」及「新娘秘書工作困擾之因應對策應對策調查問卷」為研究工具,經過專家效度產生預試問卷,由高雄和屏東地區各50位新娘秘書完成預試,經過信、效度分析,最後,共發出正式問卷400份,回收328份,回收率82%。剔除6份無效問卷,計得有效問卷322份,可用率為80.5%,茲將所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關,以統計套裝軟體SPSS19.0進行資料分析。研究結論歸納如下: 一、新娘秘書工作困擾現況屬於中等程度困擾;整體層面以「工作環境」困擾程度最高,「人際關係」層面困擾程度最低。 二、在個人背景變項中,「擔任年資」為高屏地區新娘秘書工作困擾影響層面的最大因素,換句話說,擔任年資越長工作困擾越少,反之,擔任年資越短工作困擾越多,最後是「年齡」差異性最小;結果「性別」和「婚姻狀況」無顯著差異。 三、在個人背景變項中「年齡」與因應對策的「尋求支援」和「專業成長」層面有顯著差異。 四、新娘秘書「工作困擾」整體及各層面與「因應對策」整體及各層面皆有顯著正相關。 最後,根據上述研究結果,研究者提出建議給予教育單位編列課程、業界、新娘秘書及後續研究參考之。 關鍵詞:新娘秘書、工作困擾、因應對策

The study was aim to discuss the job problem and the response strategies for bride secretaries in Kaohsiung and Pingtung. I also analyzed the difference of strategies among bride secretaries from various background, and further discussed the relationship between job problem and response strategies. The research was mainly done by questionnaire and combined with deep interview. The subjects were 400 bride secretaries in Kaohsiung and Pingtung and the questionnaires were made on my own and based on deep interview of 10 bride secretaries. Furthermore, the questionnaires were pretested by 50 bride secretaries and evaluated by professonals. Finally, there were 400 questionnaires distributed, with 80.5% useful data. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation all performed on SPSS19.0. The results of the study were as the following: 1. Current job problem in bride secretaries was at the medium level: working environment and relationship were the most and the least job problem respectively. 2. In personal background, "experiences" was the major factor influencing the job problem of bride secretaries .In other words, the more experienced one was, the less job problem she faced.Also, it turned out that "age" was the least different one,.In addition, there is no obvious difference in "gender" and "marriage"﹒ 3. In personal factors, “age” and “personality” were quite different from “seeking support” and “professional progression” in corresponding strategies. 4. In general, the relationship between job problem in bride secretaries and the response strategies were positively-relevant. Eventually, according to results mentioned above, researchers advised to provide classes for bride secretaries. Key words: bride secretaries, job problem, response strategies
