本研究之目的主要為探討組織文化、組織認同及組織績效等構面衡量指標,以及了解組織文化、組織認同與組織績效三者之間之影響關係,且分析不同集群的組織成員對組織認同之休戚感、牽連感、忠誠感、疏離感與組織績效之財務、顧客、企業內部流程、學習與成長的認同程度是否有所差異,進而能對現階段農會組織提供改善績效之建議,以供農會組織參考。 研究結果顯示,組織文化、組織認同與組織績效間具影響關係,且不同組織文化集群之組織成員對組織認同之休戚感、牽連感、忠誠感、疏離感與組織績效之財務、顧客、企業內部流程、學習與成長的認同程度亦具有顯具差異,最後根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,供農會組織參考。
The purpose of this study is understanding Organizational Culture, Organization Identification and Organizational Performance measurement index, and understanding Organizational Culture, Organization Identification and Organizational Performance influence relation, and to analyze both of Organizational Culture to different Perception from Organization Identification and Organizational Performance, and to provide reference of Farmer’ Association. The research results show Organizational Culture, Organization Identification and Organizational Performance are to possess influence relation, and different Organizational Culture have different Perception from Organization Identification and Organizational Performance, In the financial aspect, the research advanced conclusion and suggestions to ground on research results, and to provide reference of Farmer’ Association.
