摘要


在二十一世紀中,由於產業型態的急遽改變,導致產品的生命週期縮短,企業勢必快速回應外在及內部環境之變化,發展資訊技術已成為推動產業升級,協助企業保持競爭優勢的必備整合工具。本研究結合DMAIC解決問題循環與製造執行系統,由資訊技術收集生產線上的整體績效資料與機器的狀態資料,首先進行界定問題並予以立即性排除,第二次循環界定問題真因之後進行返饋至源頭單位採取行動將真因預防再發,此即時績效改善系統將創造比以往改善方案有顯著的正面效應:(1)透過更快速且精確的e化流程處理解決公司最高優先之需求,(2)幫助決策團隊確認每一DMAIC改善循環都與公司策略連結。本研究主要貢獻將建構一個有別於傳統以專案為主之Six Sigma 改善活動,適合企業使用之具備更快速、結果導向、連接策略與全員參與之即時績效改善系統,最終以某半導體產業個案之設備群來進行分析探討以驗證可行性與實用性並提供業界參考。

The rapid changes in industries in the 21st century have greatly shrunk the lifetime of products. Businesses must quickly respond to a rapidly changing external and internal environment. Information technology has become the indispensable tool to help businesses in stay competitive. This study integrates DMAIC problem-solving cycles and manufacturing execution system (MES) to collect information on the desired performance of production line machines using information technology. Defining the problem and taking immediate corrective action is imperative. At the same time, the problem root-cause must be analyzed to prevent problem recurrence. A real time performance improvement system is developed to create significantly positive improvement over past efforts:1.) to address the highest priority needs of all stakeholders through faster and more accurate e-process. 2.) to help the decision team confirm that every DMAIC cycle is connected to the company’s strategy. The major contribution of this study is the efficient real time performance improvement system which will obtain accurate results, aligned with the organizational strategies and traditional project-based six sigma improvement activities. This study uses an equipment group in a semiconductor assembly house as a case study to prove the model’s applicability and suitability.
