本研究旨在探討國立空中大學學生參與社團滿意度、學習成效、職能應用之關係與差異情形。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以國立空中大學臺中學習指導中心之學生社團參與者為研究母群,共計發放360份正式問卷,回收有效樣本數為310份,有效回收率為 86.11%,所得資料以SPSS18.0中文版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、因素分析、皮爾森相關分析等實證分析。 實證分析結果如下: 一、空大生參與社團以女性、年齡30-50歲、職業工商、一般社員、參與社團資歷為一年以上未滿二年、參與社團屬性以學藝性、平均每次面授日參與社團時間以二小時未滿四小時居多。 二、空大生社團滿意度因素構面以「社員關係」為最高,學習成效因素構面以「認知」為最高,職能應用因素構面以「社群互動能力」為最高。 三、社團滿意度與學習成效有顯著相關,而學習成效與職能應用有顯著相關,因此社團滿意度與職能應用也具有顯著相關。 四、社團滿意度是學生參與社團的重要因素,而自我成就為社團滿意度的基礎。因此,學校應積極加強舉辦社團研習活動,訓練學生管理能力與領導技能,以提昇職場工作技能與適應能力。
This study was designed to investigate the Relationship and differences among the satisfaction of student associations, learning outcomes and the application of job competency for the National Open University in Taichung Study Guidance Center This study was collected questionnaires by means of the participants of student associations as the papulation in Taichung National Open University. It Issued 360 copies of formal questionnaires, received 310 valid samples which the effective rate is 86.11%. The Chinese version of SPSS18.0 was used to empirically analyze the descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, one-way analysis of variance, factor analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis. The results of empirical analysis are: 1. The students participating associations are female, 30-50 years, business occupation, and general members. They participate in associations more than one year but less than two years, and the character of arts. The average participating time is more than two hours but less than four hours. 2. The highest factor of student association satisfaction dimension is member relationship, while learning effectiveness dimension is cognitive, and, job competency dimension is ability of interaction with the association capability. 3. There is the significant relationship between association satisfaction and learning outcomes. It is the same as between learning outcomes and job competency, and between association satisfaction and job competency. 4. The association satisfaction is the critical factor of participating associations to students, and the self- performance is the basis of association satisfaction. Therefore, one should act more association research in the school to train students’ management capability and leadership skill for enhancing job techniques and appropriate ability in work fields.
