生態主題的情境式教學多媒體設計創作

The Creation of Situated Multimedia Teaching Design on the Theme of Ecology

摘要


近年來的地球暖化問題受到世界關注,因此特有生物研究保育中心(簡稱特生中心)扮演推廣生態保育大使的角色,為推動生態保育到校服務計畫,希望以特生中心的專業研究資源轉化為淺易懂的內容,提升小朋友學習的認知度,然而到校服務團隊所使用的媒體為傳統PowerPoint簡報,經演講過程觀察發現小學生並無互動反應,於是提出研究假設,企圖改善當前使用的教材,並了解閱聽眾、教學者、媒體的三面觀思考,來發展適合現況所需的多媒體教材設計製作規劃及策略,以及情境故事劇情整合等豐富的多媒體。為有利多媒體的最佳運用,教學方法扮演成敗關鍵的重要性,本研究採取角色扮演教學法、故事情境教學等,加以輔助多媒體教材的教學及操作,達成教學目標,提供未來多媒體教材設計相關的運用參考。

The global warming issue in recent years has caught the world attention, and this has prompted the Taiwan Endemic Species Research Institute (TESRI in short) to play the role of ambassador to promote environmental conservation. It has thus initiated the in-school promotional service program on ecological conservation with the hope to convent the professional research resources of TESRI into simplified and easy-understanding contents to improve the children’s learning awareness. However, as the medium used by the in-school service team is the traditional PowerPoint presentation, the students were found to lack the interactive response during the speech. This has urged us to propose a research hypothesis with an attempt to improve the teaching materials that are currently being used, and to understand the thoughts from three aspects of audiences, educators and media. This aims to develop the design planning and strategy of multimedia teaching materials required in the current situations, and to integrate the rich scenario stories into multimedia. To favor the optimal application of multimedia and enable the teaching methods to play a crucial role, the study has therefore adopted the role-playing teaching approach and situational story teaching to be assisted with teaching and operation of multimedia materials to achieve the teaching goal. This serves as a reference for relevant applications in designing the multimedia teaching materials in the future.
