國軍工作壓力與因應模式對工作績效之影響

A Study on the Related Factors of National Army 's Job Characteristics

摘要


隨著時代的巨輪不斷地轉動,社會進化的腳步愈來愈快,經濟的發展更如脫韁野馬般的一日千里。在這時間就是金錢的時代裡,各行各業的從業人員都面臨了激烈的競爭與挑戰。自歐債風暴以來,致使美國及歐洲等主要國家經濟成長不若預期,各國為撙節政府財政支出,紛採限縮國防預算、裁減軍隊規模等方式應處,進而影響全球主要國家之戰略發展方向。 以我國目前國防組織而言,面對當前環境的挑戰,勢必也必須再做出檢討與調整,以精進國防組織的任務與發揮結構功能,面臨多重挑戰,人員易產生角色模糊、角色負荷、事業前程發展等等的變化,是否會導致工作壓力之驟變,進而影響國軍人員心緒上的不穩定,造成不良的後果及諸多的危安因素,確實令人擔憂。 本研究的目的在探討國軍工作壓力與因應模式對工作績效之影響,以工「作壓力與因應模式」、「因應模式與工作績效」及「工作壓力與工作績效」之相對應關係等三個面向來進行相關研究,並採取本研究採取隨機抽樣之方式進行實地發送與收集問卷,以高雄左營海軍營區各軍、士官與志願役士兵為發放問卷對象,發出問卷300份,扣除填寫答案不完整的無效問卷,總計回收有效問卷243份,回收率達81%。最後以LISREL結構方程模式進行統計分析而得出結果。本研究結果顯示:一、工作壓力對因應模式有顯著正向影響。二、因應模式對工作績效有顯著正向影響。三、工作壓力對工作績效有顯著正向影響。綜合以上研究結果發現:「工作壓力對因應模式、工作績效均具有正面且顯著之影響」。

As economic development has gained momentum, people in all walks of life around the world have been faced with fiercer competition. Furthermore, since the European debt crisis, economic growth in most countries has been staggering, which has led to stringent national defense financial budgets, military downsizing, as well as other challenges to national defense strategies. These are also the issues that the national defense institutions have encountered, resulting in theneed to make adjustments. Undoubtedly these changes and challenges could bring stress to personnel in national defense institutions. The purpose of this study is to explore how military personnel’s work performance is influenced by work stress and the personnel’s corresponding response to the stress, and take this research take random sampling of way for field sent and collection questionnaire, to Kaohsiung left camp Navy camp the army, and Sergeant and volunteer service soldiers for issued questionnaire object, issued questionnaire 300 CopyDeducting the complete answer is invalid, incomplete questionnaire, the total questionnaires 243 , recovery rate was 81%. The study uses LISREL structural equation model and has the following findings: (1) Work stress has a significant positive impact on the response model. (2)The response model has a significant positive impact on work performance.(3) Work stress has a significant positive impact on work performance. Based on the above findings: "work stress to be the response model, work performancehas a positive and significant impact."
