機器人彈性設計開放性學習之研究-以mBlock套件為例

摘要


本篇論文主要目的在進行「機器人彈性設計開放性學習」實施研究,本研究利用mBlock套件開放式系統設計下,可於無人操作搖控情況下,實施路線設計、尋跡、避障並利用藍芽無線連網的情況下控制機器人(無人車)進行指令,再搭配mBlock套件彈性設計,可以因套件不同而有不同的無人車效能,本次論文設定「未爆彈勘查作業」情境從無人車開始組裝、人體紅外線,溫度及瓦斯感測元件架設等四項流程實作,驗證mBlock套件之實用性,可以節省大量人力、財力及時間於實作階段。 妥善利用mBlock套件彈性設計及開放性系統條件,可於網路上免費下載mBlock系統可視不同狀況設計模組化套件組裝,並利用電腦設計指令透過Arduino控制系統進行指令下達,屆時操作者可依個人想法或是任務需要,整合指令及套件完成各項任務;並利用開放性學習可以讓更多使用者容易透過mBlock套件進入無人車世界或「想法」模擬,進而進入研發階段,提升無人搖控境界。

The aim of this research is to investigate flexibility design and open study on mobile Robot. Based on commercial educational mBlock module, this research has been focus on the implementation of remote control on route alignment, automatic tracking and obstacles avoidance for unmanned operation mobile Robot. Wireless networking using blue tooth has been fully studied for various applications on mobile Robot with several mBlock modules. Structural design also demonstrates the flexibility and open study on mBlock module. A case study of exploration procedure for unexploded bomb illustrates four major practical training, namely unmanned mobile Robot package, human IR, temperature and gas sensor. Preliminary tests verified that the application and implementation of mBlock module can save a lot of manpower, financial resources and time. Users are capable to take advantage of the flexibility assembly and open style study on mBlock system, such as free access and download diverse mBloack modules, different designed modules for different functional purposes, dialog based architecture with visual programming language and open-source electronic prototyping platform using Arduino microprocessor. Users appropriately adjust computer instructions to achieve various missions based on distinct orders or commands. This research demonstrates that open-source on Arduino and open style study on mBloack would easily explore the imagination of mobile Robot and reach the no-manned boundary.
