替代役訓練學習成效與滿意度之探討

A Study of Learning Achievement and Satisfaction for the Alternative Service Draftees Training

摘要


本研究針對內政部役政署幹訓中隊之替代役男訓練學習成效及學習滿意度加以研究及參考相關研究者所得之成果,本研究採用問卷調查法,訂製「替代役訓練管理績效之分析問卷」為研究工具,研究對象為內政部役政署幹訓中隊212位幹部及役男,共計發出212份問卷,回收有效問卷208份,研究分析樣本並以SPSS軟體實施基本資料分析、信度分析與獨立樣本t檢定及單因子變異分析。 最後結果得知,年齡對反應、學習、學習管理、學習效益等構面無顯著差異,但對行為、成果構面有部分顯著差異,在工作執行改善行為及訓練所習得的成果,能夠應用於工作上,並能將其分享給他人。學歷對學習、行為及學習管理構面無顯著差異,但對反應、成果及學習效益有部分顯著差異,尤其以大學以上教育程度替代役男較為明顯。根據研究結果及參考歸納相關學者所提觀點,其能對爾後研究者建議並有所助益。

The main purpose of this research was to explore the learning achievement and satisfaction of the Alternative Service Draftees training.Questionnaires were analyzed to a useable sample of 208 from Alternative Service of Training Squadron,Ministry of the Interior.It adopted SPSS software to conduct statistical analyses, such as the De-scriptive Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent-Sample T Test and One-way ANOVA. The results showed that the independent variable as age,there had no signifi-cant influence on the response,learning,learning management and efficiency,but had significant influence on the behavior and outcome. It can be applied to the work and shared to others. The independent variable as education,there had no significant influ-ence on the learning, behavior and learning management,but had significant influence on the response,outcome and learning efficiency, especially for draftees whose aca-demic qualification is university or above. According to the research results, it proposed relevant suggestions as the reference for the future reachers.
