近年來,在年金改革的聲浪中,退伍軍人成為爭議的話題人物。本研究以退伍軍人為研究對象,了解退伍軍士官再就業的現狀,探討其再就業動機及就業障礙因素,如何影響其投入職場社會時之適應問題,以及再就業的工作滿意度。 本研究主要探討(一)退伍軍士官之再就業動機和再就業障礙與其社會適應的關聯性,(二)退伍軍士官之再就業動機和再就業障礙與其就業滿意度的關聯性。採問卷調查的方式,針對退伍的軍士官,衡量受測者對再就業動機、再就業障礙、社會適應及就業滿意度等構面的認知程度,進而分析探討退伍軍士官之再就業動機、再就業障礙對其社會適應及就業滿意度的影響。 研究結果顯示: 一、退伍軍人之再就業動機,對其社會適應及就業滿意度具有正向影響。 二、退伍軍人之再就業障礙,對其社會適應及就業滿意度具有負向影響 三、退伍軍人之再就業動機以經濟需求的認知最高。 四、退伍軍人之再就業障礙以社會支持的認知最高。 五、退伍軍人之社會適應以環境適應的認知最高。 六、退伍軍人之就業滿意度以一般滿意的認知最高。 七、退伍軍人的自我實現需求、家庭支持正面影響其社會適應和就業滿意程度。 根據研究結果,本研究並提出具體結論與建議,希望能提供相關單位,研擬制度時之參考。也可供目前仍在服役的現役軍士官,作為退伍前之人生規劃及再就業之參考。
This study is aimed to investigate the reemployment situation of veterans, to understand how the motivation and obstacles of reemployment affect their social adaptation and employment satisfaction. The major objectives of this study are to investigate 1. The relationship between reemployment motivation and reemployment obstacles to social adaptation. 2. The relationship between reemployment motivation and reemployment obstacles to employment satisfaction. Through questionnaire survey, veterans’ cognition of reemployment motivation, reemployment obstacles, social adaptation, and employment satisfaction are measured and the relationship between these factors also analyzed. Results reveal that 1.Reemployment motivation positively affects their social adaptation and employment satisfaction. 2.Reemployment obstacles negatively affect their social adaptation and employment satisfaction. 3.Economic need of reemployment motivation obtain highest cognition. 4.Social support of reemployment obstacles obtains highest cognition. 5.Environmental adaptation of social adaptation obtains highest cognition. 6.General satisfaction of employment satisfaction obtains highest cognition. 7.Veterans’ need of self-fulfillment and family support positively affect their social adaptation and employment satisfaction. Based on the research results, conclusions and suggestions are provided as reference for policy makers. The findings are also useful for current officers and sergeants as their reference of personal reemploy planning.
