水火同源產品設計與流程探討

摘要


本研究以水火同源之裝飾品為研究對象,在前期先收集此類型之相關產品意像資料再將其意像繪製為外型草圖,完成後將外型草圖資訊利用電腦輔助設計將其建立為3D模型,並進行其功能結構的設計與改善,導入產品效能模擬,企圖在現有產品的限制條件下,探尋改善流體控制效能的方法,進行產品效能改良。在產品改良過程中,掌握產品實際的效能表現,以系統化的流程,將流體控制的相關參數做修改,調整限流肋的導程,揚水泵浦的揚程,尋找出控制流體效能的方式,最終以實際的量化實驗數據,作數值分析,呈現出改良設計前後的差異,以便有效的應用在控制流體設計產品上,使相關的效能調整更容易讓設計者控制。 根據這樣的具體貢獻,便可以降低過去在產品設計過程中因為測試效能而製作的原型,在現今高度強調節能設計與環保意識抬頭的情況下,追求最節能的設計已是不可避免之趨勢、如何利用最少資源進而創造出最大之效益是往後設計者必須追求之目標。

The decoration device, with water and fire ejection, was the subject of research which simulated the product efficiency with parameter changes and hydrodynamic control – result in efficiency upgrades. At the early stage, imagery data search and definition is essential to sustain initiative concepts creation. This will help to further simplify, streamline and improve ideas and concepts throughout 3D software realignment and design improvements. The product performances were precisely executed throughout simulation module. With different parameters entered, a series of comparative results were captured which could be a guidance for future designs of hydrodynamic products. With this study, the outcome could foresee optimized performances of future designs as well as minimize the cost of prototyping. Increasingly stream of eco-protection and Green consciousness, less resources input but with optima result and efficiency is a MUST for future design and inventions.
