隨著電商4.0時代的興起,各大產業紛紛投入開發建構自己的電子商務網站,前端工程師在網站開發上扮演了前端界面及後端資料庫連結的重要溝通角色,包含網站前台的程式與後台使用者管理的功能與介面,和系統建置能方便穩定都出自於前端工程師的專業。然而在國內高失業率與高缺工率的衝突矛盾下,造成畢業生面臨求職的挑戰,企業也面臨著找尋人才及訓練專業人才的困難,為了提高畢業生盡快進入職場,縮短學(訓)用落差,因此訓練單位需瞭解產業用人的需求,並依照此需求來建立與發展職能模式,培養出符合產業與市場所需之專業人才。 為能建立前端工程師之職能模式,本研究利用職能訪談法及修正式德菲法來進行職能模式的建立與驗證。本研究所建立的前端工程師之職能模式未來能夠作為學校及訓練單位在培育此類人才時的課程規劃與課程內容之參考依據。
With the dawn of e-Commerce 4.0, many industries have started to establish their own e-Commerce sites. Front-End engineers play an important role in this trend for they are in charge of managing the Front-End interface and Back-End database can connect stability. However, there are problems in recruiting suitably qualified Front-End engineers for enterprise from the training institutions. To overcome this problem the training institutions have to understand the business needs of the employer of Front-End engineers One possible way to understand business needs of the Front-End engineers is to establish the competency model of the Front-End engineers. In order to establish the competency model of the Front-End engineers, this research applies Competency Interview and Modified Delphi Method to construct and verify this competency model. This competency-oriented can serve as the reference for school and training institutions to foster the development of training courses of Front-End engineers and reduce the gap between learn and use .
