摘要

在迦納共和國(Republic of Ghana)，大多數醫院的工作流程都以紙本作業為主，造成病患資料查詢不易，甚至有病歷遺失情形，且當地流行疾病盛行，不完善的病歷紀錄，導致防疫上的疏漏，本研究將針對當地醫療作業資訊化進行醫療資訊系統開發。
本研究以物件導向分析與設計，運用統一塑模語言(UML)進行系統塑模，逐步由需求訪談、系統分析再到設計，進而產生所需圖形與文件，完成系統架構建置。並使用Java作為系統開發的主要程式語言，其擁有跨平台、物件導向與泛型的程式語言特性，能夠加速系統的開發及提升功能擴充的方便性。因應用戶客製化需求，系統將針對軟體的運行環境、伺服器架構、資料庫設計提出整體解決方案。
系統實作範圍以診間作業為主，並整合掛號、藥局與病歷等系統功能。預期系統導入可改善紙本流程、病患身分驗證與病歷資料留存等問題。本研究所獲得之成果，將作為系統導入與維護之依據。

Most hospitals located in the Republic of Ghana, the workflow is mainly paper-based work, cause the patient data query is not easy, even lost situation of medical records, and the prevalence of endemic diseases, incomplete medical records, cause omissions on epidemic prevention, this research will develop the Hospital Information Systems based on the local medical information.
In this study, object-oriented systems analysis and design, the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling, step by step, demand interviews, systems analysis and design, and then produce the required graphics and documents, complete the system architecture. Using Java as the main programming language, it has the characteristics of cross platform, object-oriented, generic programming language, and the convenience of the development and function expansion of the system. Due to the customer demand, the system will provide an overall solution for the software running environment, server architecture and database design.
System implementation scope mainly to clinic work, and the integration of registration, pharmacy and medical system. It is expected that the system will be introduced to improve the process of paper, patient identification and medical record data retention and so on. The results obtained in this study will be used as the basis for system introduction and maintenance.
