臺中市私立高中教師工作壓力、休閒活動參與及教師自我效能之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解在少子化背景下私立高中教師工作壓力、休閒活 動參與及自我效能之現況,並探討不同背景變項之私立高中教師在工 作壓力、休閒活動參與以及自我效能之差異情形,以及三研究變項之 關係。 本研究採問卷調查方式,以臺中市全區私立高中教師為研究對象, 共計發放 400 份問卷,回收有效樣本為 343 份,有效回收率為 85.8%, 所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾 森相關分析與同時迴歸進行資料分析,獲得結果如下:臺中市私立高 中之工作壓力感知為中上程度、休閒活動參與情形為中等程度、在自 我效能感知為中高程度。不同「性別」、「教育程度」、「學校性質」、「擔 任職務」與「教學年資」的教師在工作壓力達顯著差異,不同「擔任 職務」的教師在休閒活動參與達顯著差異,不同「婚姻狀況」與「教 學年資」的教師在自我效能達顯著差異。另外,臺中市私立高中教師 之工作壓力與休閒活動參與有顯著相關情形,且工作壓力對自我效能, 以及休閒活動參與對自我效能皆達顯著影響。 透過上述研究結果,本研究發現私立高中教師之工作壓力雖會導 致自我效能感的減弱,但亦可能正向影響教師對自我的效能與態度, 因此學校若能給予教師適度的壓力,隨時注意教師的身心健康情形, 則更能促使教師在業務執行上正向積極的態度;且休閒活動參與為影 響教師自我效能的因素之一,教師目前在休閒活動參與程度不高,學 校若能將部份業務與教師之休閒活動進行結合,讓教師和學生或全體 同仁共襄盛舉,不僅能增加教師的休閒活動參與,亦能增進教師之自 我效能感,最後本研究結果提供學校及相關單位作為參考依據。

This study aims to understand private senior high school teachers' working stress, leisure activities participation and self-efficacy under low-birth rate background. It also tries to discuss the differences of different background variables among private senior high school teachers' working stress, leisure activities participation and self-efficacy and the relationships among these three variables. In this study, questionnaire survey was used. Private senior high school teachers are the main subjects. 400 questionnaires were issued, and collected 343 questionnaires, the effective response rate was 85.8%. The data was analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Independent Samples t Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation analysis and Regression Analysis. Through these analysis, the result of the study were shown as below: Working pressure among Taichung City private high school teachers is above average, leisure activities participation is intermediate and self-efficacy is above average. There were significant differences among different "Gender", "Education Levels", " School Types", "Positions" and " Teaching Years" to working stress. There was significant difference among different "Positions" to leisure activities participation. And there were significant differences among different "Marital Status" and "Teaching Years". Otherwise, there are significant relevant circumstances between working stress and leisure activities participation on Taichung private senior high school teachers. Also, working stress to self-efficacy and leisure activities participation to self-efficacy both have significant effects to each other. Through these findings, the study found that private senior high III school teachers' working stress might lead to weak self-efficacy, but it might also positively affect teachers’ efficacy and attitude toward themselves. So if schools give teachers moderate pressure, and pay attention to teachers’ physical and mental health situations, it might be the better way to promote teachers holding more positive attitudes on their works. Leisure activities participation is one of the factors that affects teachers' self-efficacy. Teachers’ participation in leisure activities is not high. Schools can combine part of work with teachers’ leisure activities to make all staff and students join together. It can not only increase teachers’ leisure activities frequency, but also promote teachers’ self-efficacy. Finally, the results of this study provide schools and relevant units as a reference.
