大學生對綠色休閒參與與態度之研究~以朝陽科技大學為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討大學生綠色休閒參與與綠色休閒態度,以及兩者之關係。先進行文獻蒐集整理與分析,建構本研究架構,編製「大學生對綠色休閒參與與態度之問卷」,以100學年度朝陽科技大學管理學院學生為調查範圍,研究對象分綠色休閒模組、運動休閒模組及其他科系等三組進行比較。以立意抽樣,共發放400份問卷,回收問卷364份(91%),其中有效問卷341份(85%),並採用描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、卡方(χ2)檢定、相關分析等統計方法。 分析後提出以下結論:一、大學生綠色休閒參與以風景休閒類最高,其次是休閒運動類。二、不同性別、年級之大學生綠色休閒參與類型有差異。三、不同背景變項大學生在綠色相關活動參與沒有差異。四、大學生對綠色休閒抱持正向的態度。五、不同性別、年級、科系模組、是否修過綠色休閒課程之大學生對綠色休閒態度整體沒有差異。六、綠色休閒參與和綠色休閒態度各層面多數有正相關存在。 本研究依據以上結論,建議學校應鼓勵大學生培養多元綠色休閒的興趣和習慣、提供多元的綠色休閒活動與課程、成立綠色休閒社團或綠色休閒推廣營隊、教師帶動學生提升綠色休閒態度及鼓勵大學生多參與綠色相關活動。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the green leisure participation and attitude of college students, as well as the relationship between the two topics. The study was preceded first with the collection and analysis of literature, setup of the framework, followed by the preparation and conduction of a “Questionnaire on the green leisure participation and attitude of college students”. Taking the Management College students of Chaoyang University in 2011 academic year as the survey poll, the research targets were divided into three groups: green leisure module, sport leisure module and other departments. Based on the purposive sampling, 400 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, 364 (91%) copies were retrieved and 341 (85%) among them were found effective. The statistical methods adopted were descriptive statistic analysis, independent specimen t-test, one-way ANOVA analysis and chi-square (x2) test…etc. The findings of the research are as below: 1. The most frequently participated green leisure activities were general sightseeing, followed by sportive recreations. 2. The types of green leisure change with different gender and grade of college students. 3. College students with different background variables have no difference in participating green-related activities. 4. The college students hold a positive attitude towards green leisure. 5. The overall attitude towards the green leisure has no difference with different gender, grade, department, module and whether the students ever attended green leisure courses. 6. Relationship between participation and attitude of green leisure shows significantly positive in most aspects. This study, based on the aforementioned findings, recommended that schools should encourage students to develop their interest and habits on multi-green leisure, to provide multiple green leisure activities and courses, to establish green leisure clubs or green leisure promoting team; that teachers should lead students to enhance green leisure attitude and encourage college students to participate in green-related activities.
